Men man kan kj\u00f8pe 3 \u00e5r gamle hybrid- og bensinbiler for det samme som hva nye tilsvarende elektriske biler koster. I Tyskland kan kundene selv velge drivstoff-alternativ. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Norge er annerledes<\/h3>\n<p>Det er vanskelig \u00e5 forklare norsk avgiftspolitikk til folk som ikke bor i Norge. N\u00e5r utenlandske venner kommenterer den h\u00f8ye andelen elektriske biler i Norge, nikker jeg bare for \u00e5 konstatere at \u201cs\u00e5nn er det bare\u201d. Det er vanskelig \u00e5 forst\u00e5 at \u00e9n bil med hybrid drivverk f\u00e5r et avgiftsp\u00e5slag p\u00e5 60% mens samme bil med elektrisk drivverk er nesten avgiftsfri. Den store andelen av elektriske biler i Norge er selvf\u00f8lgelig et resultat av politisk styring &#8211; ikke frie valg. Om noen &#8211; mot alle odds &#8211; skulle \u00f8nske \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe en ny bensin- eller dieselbil, er det ikke sikkert man finner noen, verken i utstillingslokalene eller i prislistene.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Et begrenset utvalg<\/h3>\n<p>Det er ikke bare i Norge at bensin- og dieseldrevne modeller fjernes fra prislistene. Ettersom bilprodusentene prioriterer elektriske modeller, kan modeller som bruker andre drivstoffkilder forsvinne for \u00e5 frigj\u00f8re produksjonskapasitet til nye elektriske modeller. Volvo har for eksempel faset ut produksjonen av biler med dieselmotorer. Ford har avsluttet produksjonen av Fiesta og Focus for \u00e5 gi plass til elektriske modeller. Det kan vise seg \u00e5 v\u00e6re et sjebnesvangert valg. I Tyskland falt salget av elektriske biler drastisk i 2024 etter at tyske myndigheter like f\u00f8r \u00e5rskiftet fjernet \u00f8konomisk st\u00f8tte til kj\u00f8pere av nullutslipps-kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yer. BMW og Mercedes-Benz har derfor valgt en annen kurs. Jeg har plukket ut modellene iX1 og X1 som eksempler for \u00e5 belyse priser og tilgjengelighet. BMW&#8217;s tredje generasjon av X1 (U11) ble lansert i juni 2022 som \u00e5rsmodell 2023. Den nye modellen fikk et helt nytt utvendig design med st\u00f8rre innvendig plass og et helt nytt digitalt dashboard, samt forbedrede drivlinjer. P\u00e5 h\u00f8sten 2022 ble iX1 lansert som egen modell med elektrisk drivverk. Foto: BMW Press.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>BMW X1 kan enten bestilles som plug-in hybridbil eller med enkel bensinmotor &#8211; og i Tyskland ogs\u00e5 som dieselbil. sDrive18i er den rimeligste varianten med en 1.5 liter, 3-sylindret turbo bensinmotor med 136 hk og forhjulsdrift. I den litt dyrere plug-in hybridvarianten xDrive25e opererer 1.5-motoren og en elektrisk motor over bakhjulene sammen i et elektronisk styrt 4-hjulstrekk. Total effekt er 245 hk. I elektrisk modus kan bilen kj\u00f8re 77 km (WLTP).
