Men allerede i april ble det klart at <em>XBUS<\/em> og <em>Evetta<\/em> aldri ville komme i produksjon. Den minnet om de opprinnelige Volkswagen-bussene, men var ingen retromodell. Spekket med ultramoderne l\u00f8sninger, som utskiftbare batterier, solceller og elmotor p\u00e5 hvert hjul, kunne den f\u00e5 betydning for fremtidens elbil-modeller. Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yene kunne registreres som 4-hjuls motorsykler (L7e) og dermed slippe bompenger. I motsetning til XBUS var ikke Evetta utviklet av ElectricBrands fra grunnen av. Modellen ble skaffet ved oppkj\u00f8p av <em>Artega<\/em> &#8211; et selskap som hadde rettigheter til \u00e5 produsere biler med samme teknologi som <em>Microlino<\/em>. Dermed fikk de en nesten ferdig utviklet modell. Den nye modellen skulle v\u00e6re utviklet p\u00e5 basis av en eksisterende modell og bli solgt som <em>XBUS S<\/em>.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDet ble starten p\u00e5 slutten.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDa ElectricBrands viste bildene av sin nye modell, kom det for en dag at en nesten identisk modell allerede ble markedsf\u00f8rt i Tyskland som <em>TYN-e TX2<\/em>, og produsert i samme fabrikk. Dette var en d\u00e5rlig sak for ElectricBrands og man kan spekulere i om dette ble \u00e5rsaken til at selskapet meldte seg i konkurs. Men det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re andre \u00e5rsaker.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote><p>Etter at tyske myndigheter ble tvunget til \u00e5 oppheve st\u00f8tteordninger til elektriske biler i desember 2024, falt salget drastisk. D\u00e9t kan ha p\u00e5virket kalkylene og satt et punktum for produksjonsstart av XBUS og Evetta tidlig i 2025.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<p>Konkursen i ElectroBrands og tilh\u00f8rende underselskaper rammet ikke bare mange ansatte, men ogs\u00e5 kunder som hadde betalt innskudd (10%) p\u00e5 biler de aldri kommer til \u00e5 f\u00e5.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Modeller som kan erstatte XBUS og Evetta<\/h3>\n<p>De som \u00f8nsker seg et lett, elektrisk kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y, trenger ikke \u00e5 fortvile. I Tyskland selger <em>TYN-e<\/em> kinesiske nyttekj\u00f8ret\u00f8y registrert som L7e. Boblebilen <em>Microlino<\/em>, som var opphavet til <em>ElectroBrand Evetta<\/em>, blir produsert i tusenvis fra en fabrikk i Italia.
