Hvorfor skjer dette, og kan man forebygge at det skjer?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Audi e-tron var Audis f\u00f8rste kommersielle, elektriske modell. Den ga markedet et signal om at Volkswagen-gruppen var klar for \u00e5 elektrifisere bilparken. \u00c5ret var 2019. Med skatte- og avgiftsfritak fikk den elektriske Audien stor utbredelse i Norge. For samme pris som en middelm\u00e5dig stasjonsvogn, kunne man f\u00e5 en stor og pomp\u00f8s Audi SUV p\u00e5 st\u00f8rrelse med Audi Q7. I dag er det if\u00f8lge <a href=\"https:\/\/elbilstatistikk.no\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Elbilstatistikk.no<\/strong><\/a> blitt registrert over 30000 Audi e-tron (50 og 55 red. anmerkning). Trolig toppen av isfjellet. Bilen med lavest km-stand hadde kun 66000 km p\u00e5 telleren. Jeg finner ogs\u00e5 problemet omtalt i innlegg p\u00e5 nettbaserte forum. En amerikansk Audi-eier m\u00e5tte betale $10700 for \u00e5 fikse bilen. En norsk bilselger oppga 100000 kroner &#8211; en annen 110000 kroner. Bel\u00f8pet er forel\u00f8pig ikke av stor interesse, da de fleste biler solgt i Norge fremdeles er under nybilgaranti. Den h\u00f8ye prisen kommer nok til \u00e5 vekke st\u00f8rre bekymring etter hvert som garantiene utl\u00f8per. I USA har Audi utvidet garantitiden for dette spesifikke problemet. Kanskje Audi vil gj\u00f8re det samme i Norge &#8211; under diskresjon.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Kj\u00f8lev\u00e6ske p\u00e5 avveier<\/h3>\n<p>Kort fortalt oppst\u00e5r problemet etter lekkasje av kj\u00f8lev\u00e6ske omkring den bakre motoren. Lekkasjen oppst\u00e5r ved en tetningsring. Ingeni\u00f8rene hos Audi har faktisk forutsett et problem med overskudds-vann (kj\u00f8lev\u00e6ske og\/eller kondensvann) og laget en beholder p\u00e5 undersiden av motoren for \u00e5 samle opp dette. Beholderen skal byttes ved 30000 km service. Normalt finner man bare en skvett klart vann der. Man kommer til fra undersiden av drivverket bak et plastdeksel.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Omfang og forebygging<\/h3>\n<p>Forel\u00f8pig finnes det kun spekulasjoner om hvorfor tetningsringen svikter. \u00c9n teori er at det fester seg avleiringer av kj\u00f8lev\u00e6ske p\u00e5 ringen p\u00e5 grunn av varme. Det som styrker denne teorien er at problemet ser ut til \u00e5 ramme en st\u00f8rre andel bileiere i USA enn i Norge. Timevis kj\u00f8ring i motorvei-hastighet med p\u00e5f\u00f8lgende hurtigladinger og varmt klima kan skape h\u00f8ye temperaturer i batteriene. Selv om Audi e-tron har separate kj\u00f8leganger for batterier og motorer, kan ikke teorien utelukkes.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nP\u00e5 en forumside diskuteres det om man kan kontrollere overskudds-vannbeholderen hyppigere for oppdage lekkasjen p\u00e5 et tidlig stadium f\u00f8r s\u00e5rbare komponenter skades. Videre &#8211; n\u00e5r skaden er skjedd &#8211; sp\u00f8r man om det er mulig \u00e5 kun bytte tetningsringen. Jeg tipper at merkeverkstedene uansett vil bytte hele clusteret best\u00e5ende av motor, differensial og styringsboks, fremfor \u00e5 skru alt fra hverandre for \u00e5 bytte tetningsring. N\u00e5r det gjelder overskudds-vannbeholderen er den ikke egnet for inspeksjon utenom serviceintervallene. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Konsekvenser<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e5r nybil-garantiene begynner \u00e5 l\u00f8pe ut, har man ikke lenger noen juridiske krav mot forhandlerne. Men siden det handler om en fabrikasjonsfeil, kan gode kunder oppleve \u00e5 f\u00e5 reparasjonen utf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 utvidet garanti. Eiere av parallell-importerte biler har ingen krav ut over en eventuell lokal bruktbilgaranti. Bileiere med service utf\u00f8rt utenfor merkeverkstedene kan ogs\u00e5 risikere \u00e5 bli m\u00f8tt med en kald skulder etter utl\u00f8pt garanti. Etter hvert, n\u00e5r alle bileierne m\u00e5 dekke kostnadene selv, kan vi komme til \u00e5 se velholdte biler med lav km-stand bli sendt til resirkulering. Audi vil i s\u00e5 fall ikke v\u00e6re den f\u00f8rste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nSp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let mange kan stille seg: Gjelder dette alle biler?<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDet er for tidlig \u00e5 trekke noen konklusjoner. Vi kjenner ikke eksakt omfang, men siden feilen allerede er godt kjent, m\u00e5 vi regne med at antallet kan v\u00e6re betydelig. Av de annonsene jeg sjekket, handler det om biler registrert mellom 2019 og 2021, reparert relativt nylig i 2024 eller 2025. Det ser ikke ut til \u00e5 v\u00e6re noen sammenheng med km-stand, men alder kan ha betydning. Det tredje aspektet er om kj\u00f8rem\u00f8nster og klima kan spille noen rolle. Det vil tiden vise.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Reparere i stedet for \u00e5 bytte?<\/h3>\n<p>I nedenst\u00e5ende YouTube video (klikk p\u00e5 bildet) vises demontering av et vannskadet bakre motor cluster fra en Audi e-tron. I videoen hevdes det at motoren er laget av Volkswagen og at den ogs\u00e5 sitter som fremre motor i Volkswagen ID.4 GTX. Siden ID.4 GTX med 4-hjulstrekk prim\u00e6rt trekker p\u00e5 bakhjulene, s\u00f8rger fremre motor for koble inn <em>forhjulene<\/em> ved behov. Poenget er at den elektriske motoren virket uskadet. Ogs\u00e5 differensialen ser ut som den kan renses og settes sammen igjen.
