De utf\u00f8rer ikke reparasjoner og selger ikke biler som de selv har godkjent. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Periodisk kj\u00f8ret\u00f8ykontroll (PKK) i Frankrike skiller seg ikke s\u00e6rlig mye fra den norske ordningen. Forskjellene er f\u00f8lgende:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kontrollen kalles <em>Contr\u00f4l Technique<\/em> eller <em>CT<\/em>.\n<li>Frist for kontroll f\u00f8lger dato &#8211; uavhengig av siste siffer i registreringsnummeret. F\u00f8rste kontroll skal skje innen det er g\u00e5tt 4 \u00e5r. Deretter skal kontrollene utf\u00f8res etter 2 \u00e5rs intervaller.<\/li>\n<li>Det finnes ikke noe sentralt register. Bileier er pliktig til \u00e5 dokumentere utf\u00f8rt kontroll ved hjelp av et merke i frontruten og kvittering oppbevart sammen med vognkortet.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e5 lenge bilen ikke er p\u00e5 veien, trenger man ikke \u00e5 fremstille den for kontroll. Det kan man gj\u00f8re n\u00e5r den tas i bruk. Boten for ikke \u00e5 kunne vise utf\u00f8rt kontroll er \u20ac135.<\/li>\n<li>Verkstedene som utf\u00f8rer kontrollen, er godkjent av myndighetene &#8211; og er rene kontrollstasjoner som ikke utf\u00f8rer reparasjoner.<\/li>\n<li>De fleste kontrollstasjoner tilbyr timebestilling p\u00e5 nettet.<\/li>\n<li>Pris for kontroll er mellom \u20ac70 og \u20ac90. Jeg betalte \u20ac80.<\/li>\n<li>Kontrollen tar 1 time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Utf\u00f8rer kun kontroll<\/h3>\n<p>I flere europeiske land utf\u00f8res kontrollene av rene kontrollstasjoner uten andre oppgaver som kan komme i konflikt med kontrollfunksjonen. Interessekonflikter kan oppst\u00e5 n\u00e5r kontrollstasjoner ogs\u00e5 selger biler eller verksteds-tjenester. I Norge er jo dette vanlig. Kan man stole p\u00e5 at EU-kontrollen er korrekt utf\u00f8rt n\u00e5r selgerens firma selv godkjenner biler de selger? Det er ogs\u00e5 betenkelig at et bilverksted kan tjene penger p\u00e5 \u00e5 underkjenne en bil p\u00e5 kontroll. P\u00e5 den annen side er det gunstig \u00e5 f\u00e5 reparert eventuelle feil samtidig som bilen er inne til kontroll. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Akkreditering og juks<\/h3>\n<p>Det er Statens vegvesen som godkjenner bilverksteder til \u00e5 utf\u00f8re PKK. De foretar ogs\u00e5 tilsyn med at verkstedene utf\u00f8rer kontrollene p\u00e5 korrekt m\u00e5te. Det er avdekket flere tilfeller av fiktive kontroller hvor bileierne sannsynligvis har bestukket kontroll\u00f8rene. S\u00e5 vidt jeg vet, finnes det ingen unders\u00f8kelser som kan p\u00e5vise at det er mer juks der det hersker interessekonflikter enn rene kontrollstasjoner. Juks vil man kunne finne over alt.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSe dette video-innslaget fra <em>Grufman Bil AB<\/em> utenfor Stockholm. Kunden kj\u00f8pte en bil som var nylig besiktet bil med null feil.
