Er rekkevidden brukbar? Og visste du at elektriske varebiler er dyrere enn de som g\u00e5r p\u00e5 diesel?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Myndighetenes program for \u00e5 stimulere bilkj\u00f8pere til \u00e5 velge elektrisk har v\u00e6rt en klar suksess for personbiler. For varebiler, derimot, er ikke situasjonen like god. Ett av elbil-m\u00e5lene er at alle lette varebiler skal v\u00e6re elektriske fra 2025. <em>Lette varebiler<\/em> er beskrevet som varebiler med egenvekt under 1685 kg. Det omfatter modeller som Volkswagen Caddy, Ford Courier og Opel Combo, for \u00e5 nevne noen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Begrenset utvalg<\/h3>\n<p>Ser vi 3-4 \u00e5r tilbake, var ikke utvalget av lette, elektriske varebiler s\u00e6rlig stort. Da myndighetene her i landet satte salgsm\u00e5l for lette varebiler, fantes det sv\u00e6rt f\u00e5 brukbare modeller \u00e5 velge mellom. Modeller med akseptabel batterikapasitet var Nissan E-NV200 (40 kwh) og nykommerne Maxus Deliver 3 (50,2 kwh) og BYD ETP3 (44,9 kwh). De \u00f8vrige modellene hadde p\u00e5 det tidspunktet alt for sm\u00e5 batterier. Popul\u00e6re varebil-produsenter som Ford, Toyota og Volkswagen hadde ingen elektriske varebiler i kategorien <em>lette varebiler<\/em>. Deres satsning var fokusert p\u00e5 tyngre biler som Transit Custom, Proace og ID.Buzz.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Rekkevidde og nyttelast<\/h3>\n<p>Batteriene stjeler b\u00e5de plass og nyttelast &#8211; et problem som blir tydeligere jo mindre varebilene er. N\u00e5 suppleres utvalget av lette varebiler. Rekkeviddene for disse lette varebilene er et stykke unna hva vi regner som lang rekkevidde for <em>personbiler<\/em>, men de samsvarer ganske godt med hva andre sm\u00e5biler har. (klasse 2), m\u00e5 man betale 25% mva fra f\u00f8rste krone, mens elektriske personbiler slipper mva av de f\u00f8rste 500.000 kr. N\u00e6ringsdrivende kan f\u00e5 tilbake merverdiavgiften og de f\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 mulighet til \u00e5 trekke fra mva p\u00e5 l\u00f8pende utgifter knyttet til drift av varebilen &#8211; uansett om den g\u00e5r p\u00e5 elektrisitet eller diesel. Men det gis kun fratrekk for <em>yrkeskj\u00f8ring<\/em> &#8211; ikke kj\u00f8ring mellom hjem og arbeidsplass eller andre private \u00e6render.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nVi har blitt vant til at varebiler er billigere enn personbiler. Men det gjelder ikke for elektriske biler. Her er varebilene like dyre som  tilsvarende personbiler. Driften  av varebilen kan bli billigere &#8211; forutsatt at man oppfyller kravene til yrkeskj\u00f8ring og at eieren er et mva-registrert firma. Virksomheter innen helse, undervisning og kultur har f\u00e5 &#8211; eller ingen &#8211; \u00f8konomiske fordeler av \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe elektrisk varebil med gr\u00f8nne skilter. De kunne like gjerne velge en personbil.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Elektriske varebiler er dyrere enn dieselbiler<\/h3>\n<p>I Norge forventer vi at elektriske modeller er billigere enn tilsvarende bensin- og dieselmodeller. For lette varebiler er det motsatt. Her er dieselmodellene billigere i innkj\u00f8p *). De eneste reelle fordelene som kan lokke kj\u00f8pere til \u00e5 velge elektrisk fremfor diesel, er billigere drivstoff, bompenger, ferger og parkering. Men er det tilstrekkelig til \u00e5 bringe en ny v\u00e5r for lette elektriske varebiler? Fordelene med \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe elektrisk varebil i forhold til dieseldrevet varebil er for sm\u00e5. For mange varebilbrukere kan det v\u00e6re like gunstig \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe personbil eller varebil klasse 1. Varebiler klasse 1 med hvite skilter f\u00f8lger de samme reglene som personbil med hensyn til avgifter og rettigheter. Disse varebilene kan registreres uten skillevegg mellom kup\u00e9 og lasterom &#8211; og de kan ha flere seterader, noe pickup-eiere kan nyte godt av.
