Problemet er at det ikke finnes s\u00e6rlig mange modeller \u00e5 velge blant.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h5>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<p>Biler registrert som 4-hjuls motorsykler er v\u00e5r tids mikrobiler. De fikk en liten og kortvarig oppsving som elbiler inntil batteriteknologien ble tilgjengelig i mer normale kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y. I dag er det ikke s\u00e5 mange igjen av de tidlige elbilene med 4-sifrede registreringsnumre som Kewet, Buddy og Reva. Med h\u00e5nden p\u00e5 hjertet er det vel ingen som savner dem heller?<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">L7e er standard i EU<\/h3>\n<p>Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yklassen L7e gjelder for 4-hjuls motorsykkel i EU &#8211; og i Norge. Hvis kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yet allerede er godkjent som L7e i for eksempel Frankrike, vil det passere hos norske myndigheter ogs\u00e5. Det er generelt enklere \u00e5 f\u00e5 typegodkjent et kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y som 4-hjuls motorsykkel enn som bil. Dermed er det enklere for sm\u00e5 produsenter \u00e5 komme p\u00e5 markedet med sm\u00e5 produksjonsserier. Det \u00e5pner ogs\u00e5 for produksjon i Norge. Buddy Elbil ble for eksempel satt sammen her. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Nisjebiler<\/h3>\n<p>Det er vanskelig \u00e5 forestille seg at biler registrert som 4-hjuls motorsykler, skal bli noe mer enn nisjebiler. Som elbiler er de interessante, fordi de er lette konstruksjoner som krever lite energi &#8211; s\u00e5nn at man kan komme langt med et lite batteri. Det &#8211; og fritak for bomavgifter &#8211; gir nesten gratis transport til og fra jobb. Det er imidlertid to ting som trekker ned. Kollisjonssikkerhet og innkj\u00f8pspris. Prisfordelen ved disse kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yene spises opp hvis man legger p\u00e5 moderne sikkerhetsutstyr som ABS, kollisjonsputer og aircondition. I dag kan man kj\u00f8pe en helt alright Nissan Leaf eller nyeste Fiat 500 &laquo;e&raquo; for under 220 000 kroner. De har bedre rekkevidde, bedre lademuligheter, bedre plass og bedre komfort &#8211; men er alts\u00e5 ikke fritatt for bompenger.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Tilpasset 220V stikkontakter<\/h3>\n<p>Et generelt trekk ved elbilene i denne klassen, er mangel p\u00e5 hurtig lading. 2 KW synes \u00e5 v\u00e6re en typisk grense for mottak av ladestr\u00f8m. Med tanke p\u00e5 at bilene har relativt korte rekkevidder, er dermed bilenes praktiske nytte ganske begrenset. Dette er biler for sm\u00e5turer og kj\u00f8ring til og fra jobb &#8211; eventuelt med stikkontakt begge steder. Fordelen med 2 KW lading er at du kan lade trygt uten vegglader.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">L7e kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yoversikt<\/h3>\n<p>Her f\u00f8lger en oversikt over elbiler som faller inn i klassen 4-hjuls motorsykkel (L7e). Vi vurderer hver modell basert p\u00e5 nytteverdi, verdi for pengene og hvor cool den er. Dem var det knapt noen av i Norge. Det var en enkel, \u00e5pen konstruksjon med 2 langsg\u00e5ende, rektangul\u00e6re bokser p\u00e5 hver side bundet sammen av en bunnplate. Designet passer godt som elbil da boksene p\u00e5 siden i dag rommer batterier.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Produsert i flere utgaver<\/h3>\n<p>Etter produksjonen i England ble det laget s\u00e5kalte &laquo;continuation models&raquo; i Australia, Portugal og Italia. Senere er den produsert i Kina, sannsynligvis som replikamodell. Replika er vel ogs\u00e5 franske NOSMOKE. P\u00e5 fransk betyr navnet &laquo;Nos Moke&raquo; &#8211; v\u00e5r Moke. P\u00e5 engelsk kan vel navnet tolkes som &laquo;utslippsfri&raquo; eller noe s\u00e5nt. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Sommer- og badebil<\/h3>\n<p>Den \u00e5pne bilen med canvas-tak egner seg ikke til vinterkj\u00f8ring &#8211; i hvert fall ikke p\u00e5 saltede Oslo-veier. Dette er et kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y for sm\u00e5turer p\u00e5 fine sommerdager. S\u00e5ledes faller det i samme kategori som et hobbykj\u00f8ret\u00f8y &#8211; som et alternativ til en ekte mini eller en klassisk Fiat. Setearrangementet fordrer at f\u00f8rer og passasjer kjenner hverandre godt. Bilen er \u00e5pen, men kan utstyres med plastvinduer for \u00e5 stenge for saltsprut, regn og frost. Leveres med kollisjonspute og 4-punktsbelter som standard.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Spesielt design<\/h3>\n<p><em>Form<\/em> er \u00e5penbart prioritert fremfor plass. Den minner mer om en innkapslet scooter enn bil. Kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y som dette, med uvant form og silhuett, \u00f8ker risikoen for \u00e5 bli offer for andre trafikanters sl\u00f8vhet. Dette er noe f\u00f8rere av to-hjulinger opplever ganske ofte.
