N\u00e5 har ettersp\u00f8rselen \u00f8kt, uten at de store bilmerkene har kunnet tilby biler med tilstrekkelig st\u00f8rrelse og rekkevidde. Det har gitt plass til nye bilmerker fra Kina som har f\u00e5tt godt fotefeste. Av alle dager i april hadde jeg valgt meg en dag med noe som lignet en sn\u00f8storm! Men det var faktisk helt alright \u00e5 jobbe og cruise rundt med en Proace Electric &#8211; selv p\u00e5 en dag som dette. Og er man selv i godt hum\u00f8r, treffer man jo bare hyggelige mennesker. Jeg vil ikke bare trekke frem <em>trivselsfaktoren<\/em>, men ogs\u00e5 <em>milj\u00f8faktoren<\/em>. Enten man liker det eller ikke, gjennomg\u00e5r Oslo for tiden en liten milj\u00f8revolusjon. Hva passer vel da bedre enn &laquo;v\u00e5r&raquo; elvarebil med reklame for Hertz Bilpool p\u00e5 siden. Den er identisk med Citroen Jumpy, Peugeot Expert og Opel Vivaro. Det er bare grillen foran og logo som skiller. Proace produseres ved Fiat-fabrikken <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sevel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sevel<\/strong><\/a> i Frankrike like oppunder grensen til Belgia. Toyota&#8217;enes VIN-nummer oppgir merkelig nok <em>Belgia<\/em> som produksjonsland. Samarbeidet med PSA medf\u00f8rer at Proace Electric deler batteripakke og motor med modeller som Citroen \u00eb-C4. Peugeot e-208, e-2008, Opel Corsa-e og nye Mokka-e. Dette drivverket ligger an til \u00e5 bli en storselger i Europa.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Krefter og rekkevidde<\/h3>\n<p>I lille Peugeot 208 kan du f\u00e5 rekkevidde opptil 340 km p\u00e5 blandet kj\u00f8ring etter WLTP. I den langt st\u00f8rre Toyota Proace Electric er tilsvarende rekkevidde 219 km med samme batteripakke. Selv om rekkevidden er langt mindre enn hva personbilene gir, er den likevel p\u00e5 h\u00f8yde med konkurrentene. Selv med last p\u00e5 cirka 300 kg f\u00f8les 136 HK som fullt tilstrekkelig &#8211; minst like bra som hva 2-liters dieselmotoren p\u00e5 122 HK leverer. Elmotoren har <em>flere<\/em> hestekrefter, men lavere dreiemoment enn dieselmotoren. Elbilens girspak er formet som en skyvebryter med egen knapp for &laquo;P&raquo; samt egen knapp for kraftigere rekuperativ brems. Bilen er ikke utformet for s\u00e5kalt &laquo;en-pedalskj\u00f8ring&raquo; men gir en svak &#8211; og akkurat passe &#8211; gjenvinning av energi n\u00e5r man slipper opp gassen. P\u00e5 instrumentpanelet finner man videre et eco-meter i stedet for turteller og egne visere for henholdsvis <em>batterikapasitet<\/em> og separat eco-meter for klimaanlegget. Der kan man se hvilken effekt aircondition, varme, kulde, varmetr\u00e5der og vifter har p\u00e5 batteriforbruket. Dette er nyttig hvis du trenger \u00e5 forlenge rekkevidden.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Kan skape rekkeviddeangst<\/h3>\n<p>Det er et par egenskaper ved Proace Electric som man b\u00f8r v\u00e6re oppmerksom p\u00e5. Selv om du har full kontroll p\u00e5 rekkevidden, kan du bli skremt av instrumentpanelet &#8211; spesielt tallet som angir gjenv\u00e6rende kj\u00f8relengde. St\u00e5r du i k\u00f8 med klimaanlegget p\u00e5 &#8211; eller gj\u00f8r en del stopp langs veien, kan beregnede gjenv\u00e6rende kilometer rase nedover fordi computeren tror at du skal st\u00e5 i ro med klimaanlegget p\u00e5 resten av dagen. Selv om man alts\u00e5 m\u00e5 ta tallet med en klype salt, er det nok ikke dumt \u00e5 sl\u00e5 av &laquo;str\u00f8mtyver&raquo;, spesielt i k\u00f8. I egne \u00f8yne er jeg en &laquo;ekspert&raquo; p\u00e5 \u00e5 tyne flest mulige kilometer ut av hvilken som helst bil. Men under kalde, v\u00e5te forhold med slaps i veibanen flere steder &#8211; samt k\u00f8kj\u00f8ring og venting, endte min beregnede rekkevidde p\u00e5 160 reelle kilometer. Det er omtrent det samme som jeg fikk ut av Nissan e-NV200 med 40 kwh batteri i kulde og vinterf\u00f8re. Kombinasjonen motorvei, tung last, henger (opptil 1000 kg) og vinter kan krympe rekkevidden ytterligere. Mange vil nok v\u00e6re best tjent med \u00e5 velge en st\u00f8rre batteripakke.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">P\u00e5 veien<\/h3>\n<p>&laquo;V\u00e5r&raquo; bil var av typen L1H1, som p\u00e5 varebilspr\u00e5ket betyr &laquo;medium lengde og h\u00f8yde&raquo;. Elbilen veier 232 kg mer enn tilsvarende modell med 2-liters dieselmotor. P\u00e5 landeveien ligger Proace Electric st\u00f8dig og godt, ogs\u00e5 i svingene. P\u00e5 vertikale ujevnheter &#8211; humper og dumper &#8211; kunne dempningen ha v\u00e6rt bedre. Jeg noterte meg ogs\u00e5 at styringen var lett &#8211; og krevde st\u00f8rre utslag p\u00e5 rattet enn jeg er vant med. St\u00f8yniv\u00e5 og sittekomfort var for \u00f8vrig meget bra. De eneste forskjellene er at de produseres ved forskjellige fabrikker og selges gjennom forskjellige forhandlerkjeder. Bilene er s\u00e5 like at du trenger ikke \u00e5 velge <em>bilmerke<\/em>. Finn den beste <em>forhandleren<\/em>!<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nVi har l\u00e5nt Toyota Proace flere ganger tidligere med diesel. Proace er et bra valg uansett om du velger diesel eller batteri. Elvarebil gir imidlertid s\u00e5 mange fordeler at det er ville v\u00e6re uklokt \u00e5 velge noe annet, &#8211; men velg s\u00e5 stort batteri som mulig. Batteripakken p\u00e5 50 kwh kan bli snaut under d\u00e5rlige forhold. Toyota Proace med 75 kwh vil nok v\u00e6re et bedre valg for de fleste. Dessuten vil den v\u00e6re bedre rustet til \u00e5 m\u00f8te konkurransen fra nye elvarebiler. Til neste \u00e5r kommer nemlig Ford e-Transit med 76 kwh batteri.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Trenger du varebil, er det i alle fall ingen grunn til ikke \u00e5 kj\u00f8re
