Den ble utviklet som et &laquo;joint venture&raquo; mellom Ford og PSA &#8211; og sitter i dag i millioner av kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yer. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h5>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n<p>Samarbeid p\u00e5 tvers av ulike bilkonsern er mer vanlig enn bilbransjen selv liker \u00e5 fortelle om. Ett av de st\u00f8rste prosjektene er turbodiesel-motorene omtalt som DLD og DV. Den er mest utbredt som 1,6-liter. Det handler om \u00e9n motor som ble produsert p\u00e5 4 forskjellige fabrikker, og plassert ut i 9 forskjellige merker og cirka 60 modeller over en periode p\u00e5 10 \u00e5r. En av fabrikkene som produserte motoren, er <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=S_RcIJQDsUQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Volvos motorfabrikk i Sk\u00f6vde<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Ford Duratorq og PSA HDI med fler<\/h3>\n<p>Involverte bilmerker er Ford (Duratorq), Peugeot (HDI), Citroen og DS (HDI), BMW (EfficientDynamics), Mini, Mazda, Suzuki og Volvo (D2 til 2016). Planlegger du \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe en brukt dieselbil innenfor disse merkene, b\u00f8r du lese videre. <\/p>\n<p>Vi snakker alts\u00e5 om en moderne common rail turbodiesel motor. Den f\u00f8rste serien ble produsert mellom 2004 og 2010. 1,6-literen ble laget i tre varianter &#8211; 75 HK, 90 HK og 109 HK. Forskjellene i effekt ble bestemt av hvilken turbo- og intercooler-l\u00f8sning som ble montert. Motorene er st\u00f8pt i aluminium, med doble kamaksler (DOHC), 16 ventiler og utmerker seg med lave utslipp, gode ytelser og gunstig dieselforbruk. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Men motorene har ogs\u00e5 en d\u00e5rlig side<\/h3>\n<p>De samler lett oljeslam og karbon-avleiringer. Det kan tette oljetilf\u00f8rselen til turboen og for\u00e5rsake turbo-havari. Det sitter et filter i tilf\u00f8rselen til turboen som kan tette seg s\u00e5nn at oljen ikke sirkulerer som den skal. Problemet kan oppdages tidlig ved unormal turbo-lyd. Det er meldt om tilfeller hvor turboens l\u00e5semutter har l\u00f8snet og partikler er blitt f\u00f8rt videre inn i motoren.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Kostbar renseprosess<\/h3>\n<p>&laquo;M\u00f8kk&raquo; i motoren har ogs\u00e5 medf\u00f8rt at EGR-ventiler tetter seg. Felles for begge problemene er at det ikke bare hjelper \u00e5 bytte turbo &#8211; eller EGR. Da vil problemet komme tilbake. Man m\u00e5 rense motoren for slam og karbon. Det er laget en prosedyre for det, men den er tidkrevende og kostbar. S\u00e5 kostbar at noen velger \u00e5 hoppe over denne delen. Problemet er velkjent i bilbransjen, og f\u00e5 verksteder er villig til \u00e5 gi noen garanti p\u00e5 reparasjonen. <\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote><p>Det er ikke sikkert bileierne blir opplyst om problemet. Har du f\u00f8rst m\u00e5ttet skifte turbo eller EGR, kan det hende samme del m\u00e5 byttes kort tid etter.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p>V\u00e6r p\u00e5 vakt hvis du vurderer \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe en bil hvor turbo eller EGR nylig er byttet. Da kan det hende at problemet med tett oljetilf\u00f8rsel fremdeles er til stede. Sp\u00f8r du om mer info, f\u00e5r du kanskje bare til svar at &laquo;det er utf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 et autorisert verksted&raquo;. Men det er ingen garanti for at de underliggende problemene er l\u00f8st. Det omfatter blant annet \u00e5 bytte tilf\u00f8rselslangen til turboen, demontere og rense bunnpanna og rense silen ved oljeopptaket. En sjekk av dysene anbefales ogs\u00e5 da diesel p\u00e5 avveier ogs\u00e5 kan for\u00e5rsake dannelse av karbon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=%22TURBO+OIL+FEED+PIPE+%26+BANJO+BOLTS+MUST+BE+CHANGED%22&#038;oq=%22TURBO+OIL+FEED+PIPE+%26+BANJO+BOLTS+MUST+BE+CHANGED%22&#038;aqs=chrome.0.69i59.2697j0j1&#038;sourceid=chrome&#038;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>S\u00f8k i Google etter prosedyren (kan dessverre ikke kopiere den inn her)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Ingen hemmeligheter<\/h3>\n<p>Siden det i dag g\u00e5r millioner av biler med samme motor ute p\u00e5 veien,  finnes det ingen hemmeligheter. Problemene med DLD\/DV-motorene er velkjente. Det er ogs\u00e5 <em>l\u00f8sningene<\/em> og hva du kan gj\u00f8re for \u00e5 holde motoren frisk. I \u00f8yeblikket ligger det 746 biler til salgs p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finn.no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Finn.no<\/strong><\/a> med f\u00f8rste serie av motorene produsert mellom 2004 og 2010. Av disse har kun 11 selgere opplyst at det er montert\/skiftet ny turbo og 2 ligger ute som rep-objekt. Jeg finner det samme forholdet p\u00e5 fransk &laquo;finn.no&raquo;. Det reelle tallet er nok h\u00f8yere, da profesjonelle bruktbilselgere sjelden opplyser om s\u00e5nne ting (du m\u00e5 sp\u00f8rre). Men antallet er ikke ekstremt h\u00f8yt.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Pass p\u00e5 oljeskiftene<\/h3>\n<p>DLD\/DV-motorene er sv\u00e6rt rentbrennende og effektive. H\u00f8ye arbeidstemperaturer i motoren stiller strenge krav til oljen. Det anbefales \u00e5 bruke helsyntetisk olje med viskositet 5W30. Fabrikkens skiftintervaller er for lange. Oljen b\u00f8r senest skiftes p\u00e5 10 000 km eller \u00e5rlig. Det er ogs\u00e5 uhyre viktig at oljeniv\u00e5et overv\u00e5kes pietetisk. Det er p\u00e5vist at oljestand bare <em>litt<\/em> under streken kan for\u00e5rsake at oljen brenner seg. Videre anbefales det at oljeskiftene utf\u00f8res p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te som vi gjorde i &laquo;gamle dager&raquo;. Det vil si &#8211; s\u00f8rge for at motoren har full arbeidstemperatur, la oljen <em>renne<\/em> ut (ikke suges opp) og la den renne i minst 10 minutter. Jeg vet ikke hvor godt olje-rensemidler virker, men det tilsettes oljen like f\u00f8r oljeskift og kan  hjelpe til \u00e5 l\u00f8sne slam og slagg. Da kan du se hva som eventuelt kommer ut p\u00e5 slutten (vent flere minutter) &#8211; og vurdere om det er n\u00f8dvendig med ytterligere tiltak for \u00e5 rense oljesystemet.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">8 ventiler er gode nyheter<\/h3>\n<p>Fra 2011 fikk alle motorene en oppgradering &#8211; ny topp med enkel kamaksel (SOHC) og 8 ventiler &#8211; i stedet for forgjengerens DOHC med 16 ventiler. Kanskje ingen forbedring p\u00e5 papiret, men serie 2 er ikke lenger like utsatt for oljetilstopping. Motorene fikk ogs\u00e5 en liten effekt\u00f8kning. Selv om de nye motorene med 8 ventiler regnes som friskmeldte, anbefales det fremdeles \u00e5 ta oljeskift med filterskift senest ved 10 000 km eller hvert \u00e5r. Konklusjonen er enkel. St\u00e5r du i valget mellom en 2010-modell (med 16-ventilers motor) og en 2011-modell (ned 8-ventilers motor), b\u00f8r du g\u00e5 for den nyeste.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Dagens versjoner<\/h3>\n<p>I dag er 1,6-liters DLD\/DV6 motorene erstattet av 1,5-liters motorer med ytelser p\u00e5 75, 100, 120 eller 130 HK. Jeg har kj\u00f8rt DV5 1,5 120 HK i en Ford. Den har alle de gode egenskapene til 1,6-literen &#8211; og oppleves som en moderne turbodiesel skal. Det handler tross alt om teknologi som er utpr\u00f8vd i flere millioner biler siden 2004. Etter at Volvo forlot Ford, valgte de \u00e5 erstatte 1,6 D (D2) med sin egen  2-liters motor &#8211; samme som D3 (150 HK) programmert ned til 120 HK. Dette er en del av VEA &#8211; Volvo Engine Architecture.
