Dette har endret seg veldig. Ettersp\u00f8rselen etter automatgirede biler har \u00f8kt &#8211; ikke minst p\u00e5 annenh\u00e5ndsmarkedet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Det finnes f\u00f8lgende 3 hovedtyper av automatgir. Alle girer automatisk for deg, men oppf\u00f8rer seg likevel ganske forskjellig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Konvensjonelt automatgir (hydraulikk med momentomvandler)<\/li>\n<li>Continuous variable transmissions (CVT)<\/li>\n<li>Robotisert girskift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Konvensjonelt automatgir<\/strong><\/em> skifter n\u00e5r motorens turtall stiger. Overf\u00f8ringen mellom motor og gir skjer via hydraulikkolje og ikke direkte forbundet som i en manuell girkasse. Resultatet er \u00f8kt komfort fordi f\u00e6rre bevegelser forplanter seg fra gir og akslinger inn i kupeen. Ulempen er at l\u00f8sningen stjeler krefter fra motoren p\u00e5 vei ut til hjulene. Dette gj\u00f8r at man m\u00e5 regne med h\u00f8yere drivstofforbruk i forhold til andre l\u00f8sninger. Ogs\u00e5 CO2 utslippet \u00f8ker, &#8211; og med det engangsavgiften og din innkj\u00f8pspris. Konvensjonelt automatgir er en kostbar l\u00f8sning i Norge.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Continuous variable transmissions (CVT)<\/strong><\/em> overf\u00f8rer kraften mellom motor og drivakslinger via en metallreim som justerer utvekslingen trinnl\u00f8st. Dette gj\u00f8r at man ikke f\u00e5r noen rykk ved girskift og at motorens kan holdes p\u00e5 sitt mest optimale turtallsomr\u00e5de hele tiden. Det er nesten ingen energitap ved denne girl\u00f8sningen. Det kan v\u00e6re litt uvant \u00e5 kj\u00f8re bil med en helt trinnl\u00f8s girutveksling.\u00a0Selv om teknikken riktignok er forskjellig, fungerer CVT-l\u00f8sningen i prinsippet p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5te som girl\u00f8se scootere og motorsager! De fleste CVT-girkasser har mulighet til \u00e5 gire manuelt. Da velges forh\u00e5ndsinnstilte, faste utvekslinger langs rembanen.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Robotisert girskift<\/strong><\/em> er den l\u00f8sningen som har hatt st\u00f8rst fremvekst de siste \u00e5rene. L\u00f8sningen baserer seg p\u00e5 at det er en robot som clutcher og skifter gir for deg basert p\u00e5 elektronisk analyse av motor, bilens helling og f\u00f8rerens pedalbruk m.v. N\u00e5r giret er innkoblet fungerer overf\u00f8ringen mellom motor og drivakslinger akkurat som p\u00e5 en manuell girkasse. Ulempen med denne l\u00f8sningen er at roboten skifter for tregt, men her har det skjedd store forbedringer, bl.a. med en s\u00e5kalt dobbeltclutch-l\u00f8sning som kan forberede neste girskift f\u00f8r du trenger det. Fordelen er at elektronikken kan beregne optimale girskift og s\u00e5ledes redusere b\u00e5de drivstofforbruket og CO2-utslippet i forhold til manuelt gir.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Bakkestart, sn\u00f8 og k\u00f8kj\u00f8ring<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Konvensjonelt automatgir holder bilen slik at den overhodet ikke ruller bakover ved bakkestart. En uerfaren sj\u00e5f\u00f8r trenger ikke frykte at bilen skal rulle bakover. \u00d8vrige automatgir-l\u00f8sninger kombineres med en &laquo;hillholder&raquo;-funksjon for \u00e5 sikre probleml\u00f8s bakkestart. De bilene jeg har kj\u00f8rt med robotiserte girskift, holder bilen omtrent 3 sekunder i bakken. Dette er nok tid til \u00e5 flytte h\u00f8yrebenet fra bremsepedalen over til gasspedalen. &laquo;Hillholder&raquo; leveres som standard\/tilleggsutstyr p\u00e5 mange biler i dag, slik at denne hendige\u00a0funksjonen ogs\u00e5 er tilgjengelig p\u00e5 manuelle biler.<\/p>\n<p>Du b\u00f8r v\u00e6re oppmerksom p\u00e5 at noen av de mest primitive robotiserte girskiftl\u00f8sningene mangler mulighet til \u00e5 l\u00e5se girkassen til ett enkelt gir, noe som kan gi problemer under kj\u00f8ring under ekstremt vanskelige forhold med is og sn\u00f8.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Du skal opp en bratt kneik full av sn\u00f8. Du kj\u00f8rer med en primitiv robotisert girkasse. Du tar fart slik at bilen girer opp i f\u00f8rste, andre &#8230; ops! &#8230; tredje! P\u00e5 det bratteste punktet m\u00e5 kassa gire ned til andre gir. Den tiden dette tar, gj\u00f8r at du mister farten og veigrepet i sn\u00f8en.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I k\u00f8kj\u00f8ring med hyppige start stopp har automatgir store fordeler fremfor manuelle biler. I stedet for \u00e5 &laquo;file&raquo; p\u00e5 clutchen, holder du igjen bilen med bremsen. P\u00e5 manuelle biler medf\u00f8rer mye k\u00f8kj\u00f8ring mye slitasje p\u00e5 clutchen. V\u00e6r oppmerksom p\u00e5 at robotiserte girl\u00f8sninger\u00a0bruker clutchen nesten like mye som om du hadde kj\u00f8rt med manuelt gir. Det blir riktignok lettere og mer behagelig \u00e5 kj\u00f8re i k\u00f8, men slitasjen p\u00e5 clutchen er alts\u00e5 nesten den samme. Jeg sier &laquo;nesten&raquo; fordi slike l\u00f8sninger ofte har mange gir (7-8) og det omfatter ogs\u00e5 gjerne ett eller to gir som er lavere enn f\u00f8rstegiret p\u00e5 en manuell girkasse. Dermed kan bilen kj\u00f8re i ekstremt lave hastigheter uten \u00e5 slite p\u00e5 clutchen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitt valg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mitt valg faller p\u00e5 robotisert girskift fra en av de store bilprodusentene. Det gir flest fordeler og gir best kj\u00f8reglede. Noen bilprodusenter leverer b\u00e5de robotiserte girskift og CVT l\u00f8sninger (f.eks. Audi og Toyota). Da ville jeg valgt et drivverk med robotisert l\u00f8sning fremfor CVT. Jeg er overbevist om at det vil holde seg best i fremtiden. Det er for \u00f8vrig kun to grunner for meg til \u00e5 velge en konvensjonell automatgirl\u00f8sning. Enten fordi jeg har valgt en ekstremt kraftig motor i den absolutt \u00f8verste del av prisskalaen, eller fordi jeg s\u00f8ker noe som er veldig billig, &#8211; helt i bunnen av
