Bruktimporterte biler har avgiftsvennlige motorer, M-sport styling, skinnseter og annet avgiftsgunstig utstyr. Det vi egentlig vil ha, er en kraftfull motor &#8211; en ordentlig BMW-motor. Det ser lovende ut. I \u00e5r er avgiftssystemet endret slik at motorkraft ikke lenger skal v\u00e6re like avgiftsbelagt som tidligere.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">F\u00e5r vi flere hesterkrefter i nyimporterte 3-serie-modeller?<\/h3>\n<p>3-serien er en god kandidat for bruktimport, &#8211; ikke bare med basismotorene som BMW utviklet i samarbeid med PSA-gruppen, men ogs\u00e5 de motorene som tyskerne selv har trykket til sine bryst. Hvor mye koster en velmotorisert 3 \u00e5r gammel 3-serie bruktimport fra Tyskland? Jeg \u00f8nsker \u00e5 finne det <em>generelle<\/em> prisniv\u00e5et, fremfor de gode enkelttilbudene. Det burde ikke by p\u00e5 problemer, da 3-serien var Tysklands tredje mest solgte nybil i 2013.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLa meg igjen presisere at dette handler kun om et regneeksempel. Enten 320i med 184 HK eller 320d med 163 HK eller 184 HK, gjerne med xDrive. Eventuelt en 328i eller 325d. Jeg bruker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobile.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mobile.de<\/strong><\/a> for \u00e5 s\u00f8ke biler i Tyskland. Jeg setter opp ufravikelige krav som \u00absportsseter\u00bb, \u00absetevarme\u00bb og \u00abmwst. Ausweisbar\u00bb (mva-refusjon). Disse valgene innskrenker utvalget veldig. \u00abAutomat\u00bb og \u00abSportsseter\u00bb gj\u00f8r at jeg presenteres for biler med gode utstyrspakker, \u00absetevarme\u00bb gir meg bilder av biler i sn\u00f8kledte omgivelser. Egentlig b\u00f8r biler importert til Norge, ha utstyrspakken 842 \u00abKaltlandsausf\u00fchrung\u00bb. Det er standard p\u00e5 alle biler solgt i Norden og best\u00e5r blant annet av kraftigere startbatteri, oljer og frostv\u00e6ske som t\u00e5ler kulde, oppvarmede spylerdyser samt ekstra isolering av veivhusventilasjonen \u2013 sannsynligvis et behov som har presset seg frem basert p\u00e5 tilbakemeldinger fra nordiske verksteder. Uansett, finner jeg ingen tyske kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y oppf\u00f8rt med denne pakken. Jeg tenker naivt, at hvis man velger velutstyrte biler som har g\u00e5tt i sn\u00f8kledte tyske omgivelser, kommer de sikkert til \u00e5 fungere i Norge ogs\u00e5.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nIsolert veivhusventilasjon? &#8211; Hvilke motorer er det relevant for? I Norge er den ned-chippede 320d-varianten med 163 HK mer utbredt p\u00e5 grunn av lavere avgifter. I Tyskland er det ikke noe stort marked for denne varianten. Men sparemodellen \u00abEfficient Dynamics\u00bb &#8211; 163 HK diesel med redusert CO2 og klar milj\u00f8-appell &#8211; har funnet veien til enkelte tyske eiere. Importerer du en 3 \u00e5r gammel bil, dreier det seg om en prisforskjell p\u00e5 bare 4 000 kroner. Alt taler til 184-hesterens fordel.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Fallgruber<\/h3>\n<p>Det er skrevet side opp og side ned om fallgrubene ved bruktimport. N\u00e5r du s\u00f8ker biler med mva-refusjon, f\u00e5r du i hovedsak leasingbiler som omsettes i forhandlernettet. Det er ikke <em>der<\/em> du gj\u00f8r de st\u00f8rste kuppene, men til gjengjeld kan du regne med \u00e5 treffe noen som snakker engelsk, bruker e-mail, og kan h\u00e5ndtere skjemaene du beh\u00f8ver. Dessuten blir det tryggere n\u00e5r du skal f\u00f8lge opp bilen hjemme.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nV\u00e6r oppmerksom p\u00e5 at alle BMW\u2019er solgt nye i Norge, har standardutstyr som ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis er standardutstyr i Tyskland. Dette gjelder lettmetallsfelger, xenonlys, klimaautomatikk og armlene, for \u00e5 nevne noe. Pass p\u00e5 at du ser p\u00e5 korrekt modell. F31 kom p\u00e5 v\u00e5rparten 2012 i Tyskland og erstattet forgjengeren E91, som ogs\u00e5 er en god bil, men til langt lavere pris enn etterf\u00f8lgeren. N\u00e5r jeg s\u00f8ker p\u00e5 nettet etter korrekte CO2- og NOx-verdier, finner jeg mange forskjellige tall. Hvilke kan man stole p\u00e5? Jeg fant mine tall i en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bavaria.no\/Documents\/Prislister%2007%20%2008%202014\/F30_F31%2007_2014%20Veiledende%20prisliste.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">prisbrosjyre fra 2014<\/a> og forutsetter at tallene er de samme for 2013-modellene. De har egen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skatteetaten.no\/no\/Person\/bil-og-andre-kjoretoy\/importere\/regn-ut-hva-det-koster\/kalkulator-import\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>importkalkulator p\u00e5 nettet<\/strong><\/a>. Bruk den! For \u00e5 f\u00e5 beregnet s\u00e5 lav avgift som mulig, konsentrerer jeg meg om biler registrert for mer enn 3 \u00e5r siden. Hvis du for eksempel skal hente bilen den 25.01.2016, m\u00e5 bilen v\u00e6re f\u00f8rstegangs-registrert <em>f\u00f8r<\/em> 25.01.2013. Bommer du p\u00e5 datoen med bare en dag, kan det koste deg flere tusenlapper.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nI tillegg til den alminnelige sjablongberegningen basert p\u00e5 vekt, alder og milj\u00f8, finnes det en alternativ beregningsmetode som gir mulighet for ekstra fradrag basert p\u00e5 alder, tilstand og bruk. Det finnes sikkert noen gode bransjetriks her som profesjonelle bilimport\u00f8rer kjenner til, men som ikke gir like sikre tall som sjablongberegningene.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOverraskelser n\u00e5r bilen skal registreres i Norge, er noe vi <em>ikke<\/em> \u00f8nsker oss.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Research<\/h3>\n<p>Jeg har s\u00f8kt tyske biler til salgs p\u00e5 mobile.de og norske biler p\u00e5 finn.no. Hensikten er \u00e5 sammenligne prisene p\u00e5 biler vi kan importere selv fra Tyskland, og biler som for tiden er til salgs her i landet, &#8211; sannsynligvis bruktimport, de ogs\u00e5. Det har nemlig nylig dukket opp flere biler til salgs som akkurat har rukket \u00e5 bli 3 \u00e5r gamle. \u00c5rstallene i skjemaet er det \u00e5ret bilen ble f\u00f8rstegangs-registrert &#8211; ikke bilens modell\u00e5r. Norske biler er inklusive omregistreringsavgift. Alle biler er ekslusiv \u00e5rsavgift. Jeg har valgt \u00e5 beregne alle tyske biler f\u00f8rstegangsregistrert i 2013 med registreringsdato 24.01.2013. Da blir engangsavgiftene beregnet som om bilene bringes inn til Norge akkurat p\u00e5 3-\u00e5rsdagen etter sine respektive f\u00f8rstegangs-registreringsdatoer &#8211; det v\u00e6re seg i januar Bare <em>en<\/em> eneste norsk bil er for lite sammenligningsgrunnlag. For 320d ser vi derimot et m\u00f8nster. Det er mulig \u00e5 skaffe gode tyske biler som ligger 30-50 000 under norske priser. Men husk at differansen mellom tyske og norske priser skal dekke vinterhjul, frakt og mva av frakt. Den resterende del av differansen skal dekke forberedelser, reise og business. Tar du fri fra jobben, er det ikke sikkert du f\u00e5r regnestykket til \u00e5 g\u00e5 i pluss. Men kan du kombinere turen med et bes\u00f8k til noen du kjenner i Frankfurt eller lignende, f\u00e5r du kanskje dekket reisen og mere til, &#8211; og kan unne deg en koselig tur p\u00e5 f\u00f8rste klasse tilbake til Norge.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nJeg tror ikke valutaen vil utgj\u00f8re noen trussel mot bruktimport p\u00e5 lang sikt. Nybilforhandlerne kommer snart ut med nye prislister som tar h\u00f8yde for den svake kronen. Det betyr ikke bare dyrere nybiler, men ogs\u00e5 dyrere bruktbiler. For \u00f8vrig har bruktbilimport\u00f8rer mulighet til \u00e5 handle raskt hvis det skulle vise seg at den norske kronen skulle styrke seg for en periode. Dette gjelder ikke bare de proffe import\u00f8rene, men ogs\u00e5 deg og meg.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nMin egen erfaring med bruktimport en gang for flere \u00e5r siden var udelt positiv. En kamerat ordnet det praktiske gjennom sitt enkeltmannsforetak hvor han hentet \u00e9n og en bil fra en merkeforhandler i Geneve. Mine forventninger var store da han ringte meg og fortalte at han var p\u00e5 vei hjem til Norge i over 200 km\/t p\u00e5 Autobahn. Vel hjemme, ble de harde hel\u00e5rsdekkene erstattet med nordiske vinterdekk og nye sommerdekk p\u00e5 felg.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSelv om kilometerstanden var litt h\u00f8y, hadde bilen aldri v\u00e6rt utsatt for sm\u00e5barn, slalomst\u00f8vler og hunder f\u00f8r den kom til oss.
