Det er ikke likegyldig hvilken l\u00f8sning som er valgt for \u00e5 styre temperaturen. Les hvorfor!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Egenskapen som sjelden omtales<\/h3>\n<p>Moderne elbiler b\u00f8r ha systemer som styrer temperaturen i battericellene. Det er viktig for ytelsene, for at batteriene skal ta hurtiglading, for rekkevidde og for batterienes levetid. Fabrikktallene gjelder bare n\u00e5r batteriene har riktig temperatur. Batteriene foretrekker samme romtemperatur som oss mennesker. Ikke alle elbil-modeller har tilfredsstillende l\u00f8sninger. Vi har fors\u00f8kt \u00e5 finne ut hvilke l\u00f8sninger som er brukt i de mest popul\u00e6re modellene. Det er ingen enkel oppgave, selv for bilnerder.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Reverse Engineering<\/h3>\n<p>Bilprodusentene foretrekker \u00e5 presentere batteripakkene som svarte bokser. De er generelt tilbakeholdne med \u00e5 gi detaljerte opplysninger. Selv enkle sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l som &laquo;Hvem har produsert battericellene?&raquo;, kan sitte langt inne. Langt vanskeligere vil det da v\u00e6re \u00e5 f\u00e5 rede p\u00e5 hvordan overfl\u00f8dig varme ledes fra batteriene under belastning, eller hvor effektivt man kan tilf\u00f8re varme p\u00e5 kalde dager. Heldigvis finnes det akt\u00f8rer som lever av \u00e5 plukke ting fra hverandre for \u00e5 dokumentere hvordan de <em>egentlig<\/em> er konstruert, &#8211; den usminkede sannhet. Et <em>v\u00e6skeavkj\u00f8lt<\/em> anlegg er langt bedre, hvor glycolblanding (kj\u00f8lev\u00e6ske) ledes i kanaler rundt batteriene. Ideelt er det hvis temperaturendringene i batteriene kan bidra til \u00e5 varme kup\u00e9en via varmeveksler. De mest kjente er LG Chem, SK Innovation og Samsung SDI i S\u00f8r-Korea, BYD og CATL i Kina og Panasonic, opprinnelig Japan. Batteriprodusentene leverer kun <em>celler<\/em> og lar bilprodusentene bygge sine egne batteripakker. F\u00f8lgende type battericeller benyttes:<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"tebh2\">Poseceller<\/h5>\n<p>S\u00e5 og si alle nye batteripakker i dag baserer seg p\u00e5 flate celler wrappet i plast &#8211; s\u00e5kalte <em>poseceller<\/em> (omtales ogs\u00e5 som <em>lommeceller<\/em> eller <em>pungceller<\/em>). Disse kan stackes tett i tett (men ikke <em>for<\/em> tett) &#8211; og som oftest vertikalt. <\/p>\n<h5 class=\"tebh2\">Prismatiske celler<\/h5>\n<p>Her er cellene pakket inn i mer solid materiale, som aluminium &#8211; som tar opp mer varme enn plasten i posecellene. BMW i3 og Volkswagen e-Golf benytter dette.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"tebh2\">Runde celler<\/h5>\n<p>Runde celler minner om lommelyktbatterier. Benyttes av Tesla, men Toyota benytter\/skal benytte runde celler ogs\u00e5. Hver celle blir omsluttet av kj\u00f8ling fra to sider. Systemet best\u00e5r av flere sl\u00f8yfer for \u00e5 lede bort varme. Under kj\u00f8lige forhold benyttes systemet til \u00e5 <em>varme<\/em> batteriene.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Opel Ampera\/Chevrolet Bolt<\/h3>\n<p>Vertikale poseceller fra LG Chem. Systemet kan ogs\u00e5 produsere varme n\u00e5r det beh\u00f8ves. NB! Alle modeller (ogs\u00e5 eldre) har aktiv luftkj\u00f8ling som bruker luft fra bilens klimaanlegg til \u00e5 gi avkj\u00f8lt luft rett inn i batterikassa &#8211; ett hull for inntak og to for utlufting. Volkswagen hevder at batteriene ikke trenger ekstern kilde for batterikj\u00f8ling og oppvarming. I tillegg til passiv kj\u00f8ling, har e-Golf&#8217;ene en funksjon som automatisk reduserer str\u00f8mmen n\u00e5r man er for hard p\u00e5 gassen over lang tid. Den <em>offisielle<\/em> begrunnelsen er for \u00e5 redusere forbruket. Den <em>reelle<\/em> begrunnelsen er sannsynligvis \u00e5 redusere muligheten for at batteriet skal bli overopphetet. Likes\u00e5 begrenses ladestyrken hvis batteriet er for varmt. Dette er vanlig p\u00e5 alle elbiler, men er sjelden noe problem p\u00e5 biler med aktiv batterikj\u00f8ling. Volkswagen har gitt anbefaling om at e-Golf ikke b\u00f8r hurtiglades mer enn ved annen hver lading. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Konklusjon<\/h3>\n<p>Det er ikke overraskende at premiumbiler som Tesla 3 og Audi e-tron har skikkelig temperaturstyring av battericellene. Skj\u00f8nt det er p\u00e5vist ytelsessvekkelse i Tesla etter gjentatte akselerasjoner p\u00e5 grunn av at batterikj\u00f8lingen ikke er effektiv nok. Bruker du elbil i tempererte omgivelser med rolig lading, kan du sikkert spare noen kroner p\u00e5 \u00e5 velge en modell uten aktiv batterikj\u00f8ling.
