I juli l\u00e5 den p\u00e5 en anstendig 20. plass, men kan p\u00e5 \u00e5rsbasis komme til \u00e5 havne utenfor topp 30-listen. Mange Polo&#8217;er anskaffes som bil nummer to. I det markedet er det vanskelig \u00e5 <em>ikke<\/em> velge avgiftsgunstig elbil til samme pris.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Kj\u00f8rer p\u00e5 dreiemomentet<\/h3>\n<p>1-litersmotoren med 95 hester og DSG gj\u00f8r en flott jobb som fremkomstmiddel. Girkassa holder turtallet nede p\u00e5 1500 omdreininger. Der st\u00f8yer ikke motoren mer enn en elmotor. Likevel er det dreiemoment nok til \u00e5 forsere vanlige bakker. Sammenligningen med elbiler er ganske treffende. Med nesten konstant turtall og godt dreiemoment, f\u00f8les det som \u00e5 kj\u00f8re elbil. Drivverket oppf\u00f8rer seg ikke like effektivt n\u00e5r du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 forlate det passive kj\u00f8rem\u00f8nsteret og bruke turtall for \u00e5 komme deg raskt forbi en bobil eller smette inn i hurtigg\u00e5ende trafikk. Det tar tid. DSG-giret trenger et par sekunder p\u00e5 \u00e5 omstille seg, og motoren trenger ogs\u00e5 tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 komme opp i turtall. Selv fra 1500 omdreininger er det et &laquo;l\u00e6gg&raquo; i motoren. &laquo;Paddle-shifts&raquo; p\u00e5 rattet gj\u00f8r at man kan gire ned noen sekunder p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. Det er en fin m\u00e5te \u00e5 veksle mellom aktiv og passiv kj\u00f8ring.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">3-sylindret motorkarakteristikk<\/h3>\n<p>Den turbomatede motoren har bare 3-sylindre. Siden motorturtallet holdes lavt, slipper man den irriterende klangen 3-sylindrede motorer vanligvis gir &#8211; i hvert fall under normal kj\u00f8ring. Motorduren er godt dempet og i et behagelig, lavfrekvent toneleie. Den 3-sylindrede karakteristikken merkes imidlertid godt ved tomgang. Da vibrerer motoren &#8211; og det forplanter seg til hele bilen &#8211; selv n\u00e5r tomgangsturtallet var stilt p\u00e5 1000 omdreininger. Dette har jeg ogs\u00e5 merket p\u00e5 andre biler med samme drivverk. Her er elbiler kun for spesielt interesserte. Polo med 95-hester er faktisk en av de minste bilene som tilbyr akseptabel plass og komfort &#8211; og suverene kj\u00f8reegenskaper. Den spanske leiebilen med utstyrsniv\u00e5 &laquo;Active&raquo;, er alright utstyrt. I Norge er tilsvarende utstyrsgrad &laquo;Business&raquo;. Du kan sette deg rett inn, stille inn ratt, sete og speil, &#8211; og kj\u00f8re avg\u00e5rde med \u00e9n gang. En tysk kvalitetsbil produsert i Pamplona, Spania.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Feriebil<\/h3>\n<p>Min kone og jeg befinner oss en uke ut i sommerferien. V\u00e5r datter og hennes samboer fra London har akkurat ankommet. Fire voksne g\u00e5r helt fint i en Polo. Vi bruker bilen til stranden, til &laquo;storbyen&raquo; Perpignan og til grensehandel i &laquo;La Jonquera&raquo;. Det er franskmennenes &laquo;Svinesund&raquo; hvor man kan handle billig vin, \u00f8l, skinke, ost, kj\u00f8tt og merkekl\u00e6r. I g\u00e5r tok vi turen over den <em>gamle<\/em> grenseovergangen, Perthus. Mens trafikken fl\u00f8t i jevn str\u00f8m over motorveien bare noen hundre meter unna, stampet vi i k\u00f8 i over en time for \u00e5 komme gjennom hovedgaten alle m\u00e5tte passere f\u00f8r den nye motorveien kom i 1976. Ogs\u00e5 den gangen var det kilometerlange k\u00f8er her. P\u00e5 den ene siden av hovedgaten ligger Frankrike &#8211; p\u00e5 den andre, Spania. Mange tar turen for \u00e5 gjenoppleve fordums minner, andre skal handle. Landegrensen g\u00e5r langs midtlinjen.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Pass p\u00e5 clutchen i DSG7-kassene<\/h3>\n<p>Med lavere vekt og mindre energitap er 7-trinns DSG (DQ200) bedre enn sin 6-trinns forgjenger. Bortsett fra ett punkt. Holdbarhet. &laquo;Min&raquo; Polo hadde passert 45 000 km som leiebil, og clutchen bar tydelig preg av \u00e5 v\u00e6re slitt eller skadet, spesielt ved igangkj\u00f8ring. Den brukte lang tid p\u00e5 \u00e5 gripe, og n\u00e5r den grep, skjedde det med et kraftig rykk. Jeg er glad det ikke er jeg som skal betale for clutchbytte og overhaling.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nKj\u00f8rer man dobbeltclutch-girkasse p\u00e5 feil m\u00e5te, utsettes nemlig clutchen(e) i girkassa for un\u00f8dvendig stor slitasje. Hvis du holder igjen bilen med bremsen i sakteg\u00e5ende k\u00f8, som man gj\u00f8r med konvensjonelle automatkasser, vil clutchen slure. Resultatet blir varmgang og stor slitasje. Jeg er likevel ikke tvil n\u00e5r jeg anbefaler DSG7 for Polo.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Sikkerhet<\/h3>\n<p>Sikkerheten er m\u00e5lt av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroncap.com\/en\/results\/vw\/polo\/28459\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Euro Ncap i 2017<\/strong><\/a>. Der fikk nye Volkswagen Polo topplassering i sin klasse. God score i alle disipliner. 95-hesteren leveres ogs\u00e5 med skivebremser p\u00e5 alle 4 hul.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nPolo er en sikker bil ogs\u00e5 med hensyn p\u00e5 aktiv sikkerhet &#8211; systemer som skal forhindre at det skjer ulykker. Alle Polo\u2019er leveres med automatisk varsling hvis noe skulle dukke opp foran bilen, og automatisk brems i hastigheter under 30 km\/t. Den f\u00f8rste p\u00e5 vei ut fra flyplassen i 80- og 100-soner. Her stabiliserte forbruket seg p\u00e5 0,46 liter pr mil i henhold m\u00e5lt p\u00e5 instrumentene. Etter hvert som motorvei-hastigheten \u00f8kte til 120 km\/t, gikk forbruket opp til 0,54 liter pr mil i heftige regn- og vindbyger. V\u00e6ret var enn\u00e5 ganske kj\u00f8lig s\u00e5nn at aircon-anlegget ikke beh\u00f8vde \u00e5 g\u00e5 for fullt. N\u00e5r gradestokken kryper over 30 grader, g\u00e5r forbruket lett over 0,7 liter pr mil, p\u00e5 gunn av at kj\u00f8leapparatet g\u00e5r p\u00e5 full guffe. Det er ingen kunst \u00e5 holde motoren p\u00e5 rundt 1500 omdreininger helt opp til 80 km\/t. Da kan du f\u00e5 et superlavt forbruk. Selv m\u00e5lte jeg 0,39 p\u00e5 en 35 km lang kj\u00f8retur f\u00f8r solen begynte \u00e5 varme for alvor. En tur til stranden (30 km) endte p\u00e5 anstendige 0,37, men var nede i 0,35 inntil vi svingte av fra hovedveien.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBasert p\u00e5 erfaringer fra andre biler med samme drivverk, kan du regne med 0,46-0,54 i daglig kj\u00f8ring uten \u00e5 tenke forbruk. Med \u00f8konomisk gassfot kan du lett komme ned p\u00e5 0,30-tallet.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Polo er blitt voksen<\/h3>\n<p>Nye modeller av Volkswagen Polo blir stadig st\u00f8rre. Siste utgave er stor nok til \u00e5 dekke bilbehovet for sv\u00e6rt mange. Samtidig virker den ganske anonym, i hvert fall n\u00e5r den st\u00e5r parkert gatelangs med andre biler. Ungdommeligheten som kjennetegnet tidligere Polo&#8217;er er ikke lenger like tydelig. Ogs\u00e5 bak rattet er ungdommeligheten tonet ned. Med TSI-motoren p\u00e5 95 hester tilbyr bilen en sikker og komfortabel transport, uten \u00e5 innby til aktiv kj\u00f8ring.
