Til neste \u00e5r kommer det en ny modell. Det som er nytt og spennende med &laquo;min&raquo; Leon ST, er den nyeste motorserien med ACT (Active Cylinder Technology). <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Den f\u00f8rste serien (CZEA 1.4 TSI ACT 150 HK) &#8211; ble utviklet av Skoda, og har v\u00e6rt i produksjon siden 2014. Den satt blant annet i Skoda Superb, Seat Leon og Ateca. N\u00e5 er motorvolumet \u00f8kt til 1,5, mens ytelser, forbruk og utslipp er nesten identiske med forgjengeren. Audi kaller motoren logisk nok for COD (Cylinder on Demand), mens Volkswagen benytter betegnelser som ACT og EVO. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">La oss f\u00f8rst se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 Leon ST<\/h3>\n<p>Leon ST kom i salg fra 2014-modellen, 2 \u00e5r etter kombi-coupeen. Selv om den ikke er ny, oppleves den som ny p\u00e5 norske veier. Etter hva jeg vet, har ikke M\u00f8ller tidligere tatt inn noen stasjonsvogner av Leon 3. LED-lys og digitalt instrumentpanel gj\u00f8r for \u00f8vrig &laquo;min&raquo; Leon enda yngre. Utstyrsgrad &laquo;Style&raquo; er ikke like spennende som &laquo;FR&raquo;. Det jeg savner mest, er seter med markerte sidevanger. Jeg finner likevel en alright kj\u00f8restilling. Standardsetene har vanlig h\u00f8ydejustering i sitteputens bakkant og rattet er selvf\u00f8lgelig justerbart. Jeg vet ikke om det er slektskapet til Volkswagen og Audi som gj\u00f8r det, men jeg f\u00f8ler absolutt en god porsjon &laquo;feelgood&raquo; bak rattet. Jeg liker denne modellen, uten at jeg kan sette fingeren p\u00e5 <em>hva<\/em>. Den sender ingen spesielle signaler. Den er en tanke anonym. &laquo;Look and feel&raquo; er eksakt som basisutgaven av Golf eller A3. Jeg liker ganske godt at den ikke byr p\u00e5 noen overraskelser, &#8211; men innser samtidig at det ogs\u00e5 kan v\u00e6re en negativ egenskap. I Norge selges Leon kun med ett drivverk &#8211; 1.5 TSI 150 HK med 7-trinns DSG. Det er et glimrende motoralternativ. I utlandet kan du bestille den downsized&#8217;e 3-sylindrede 1-liters TSI-motoren p\u00e5 115 HK. Den ville gjort nytte som et prisgunstig fremkomstmiddel, men v\u00e6rt et stort gjesp.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">P\u00e5 veien<\/h3>\n<p>Teknisk sett er Seat Leon identisk med Golf 7 &#8211; som n\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 tilbys med den samme motoren. Dette er kanskje det beste bensinmotor-alternativet for Golf-klassen sett i forhold til ytelser, forbruk og motorkarakteristikk. Godt dreiemoment i vanlig trafikk. P\u00e5kj\u00f8ringer til motorvei og forbikj\u00f8ringer g\u00e5r kjapt og uanstrengt. Jeg liker at kreftene leveres uten stress og fuzz. Lyden fra motoren er for \u00f8vrig helt perfekt. Nye nedskalerte bensinmotorer mangler ofte &laquo;riktig&raquo; motorlyd. Skulle jeg sette fingeren p\u00e5 noe, merket jeg at bilen rykket litt n\u00e5r jeg dro avg\u00e5rde med kald motor. Det kan kanskje forklares med at bilen var splitter ny og kun g\u00e5tt et par kilometer.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">St\u00f8yniv\u00e5<\/h3>\n<p>Leon er veldig godt lydisolert fra motorrommet. Man h\u00f8rer sjelden noe til motoren. Derimot syntes jeg dekkst\u00f8yen virket h\u00f8yere enn hva jeg har opplevd p\u00e5 europeiske veier. &laquo;Min&raquo; Leon sto p\u00e5 standard 205\/55R16-dekk, Continental EcoContact. Seat&#8217;en jeg kj\u00f8rte tidligere i \u00e5r p\u00e5 spanske og franske veier, hadde Hankook-dekk i samme dimensjon. St\u00f8ybildet handler ikke bare om decibel, men om hvordan lyden oppfattes. Subjektivt sett syntes jeg Continental-dekkene ga mer br\u00e5k p\u00e5 t\u00f8rre veier enn p\u00e5 regnv\u00e5t asfalt. Jeg bare nevner det som et notat i margen. Jeg hadde sett p\u00e5 sosiale medier at Veteran VW Klubben hadde et minitreff ved en av Nebbenes-kroene. Omtrent ved Samvirkelaget p\u00e5 Hammerstad \u00e5pnet himmelens sluser seg. Styrtregn! Da jeg blinket inn til Nebbenes m\u00f8tte jeg ei r\u00f8d luftavkj\u00f8lt boble og en Opel Rekord A som hadde pakket sammen og begitt seg p\u00e5 hjemvei. Folkevogner i sommerregn vekker <a href=\"https:\/\/terjebjornstad.com\/no\/2019\/07\/08\/regnvaersnostalgi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>gode minner<\/strong><\/a>. Jeg tok noen raske &laquo;shots&raquo;, t\u00f8rket linse og briller og bega meg p\u00e5 veien hjem. F\u00f8rst forbi den gamle Nebbeneskroa, deretter Eidsvoll-bygningen. S\u00e5 tok jeg vestsideveien s\u00f8rover via Br\u00e5rud. En ideell turvei for b\u00e5de Golf-baserte Leon og luftavkj\u00f8lte folkevogner. Bygdeveien med stiplet kantlinje g\u00e5r gjennom vakre skogsteiger og jorder, &#8211; langs velstelte g\u00e5rder. DSG-kassa holdt turtallet nederst i det gode dreiemoment-omr\u00e5det rundt 1500 mens vi cruiste rundt 70-80 km\/t. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Utskjaltbare sylindre i flere modeller<\/h3>\n<p>Sist jeg kj\u00f8rte med utsjaltbare sylindre (ACT) var i en Seat Ateca med 1,4 TSI ACT 150 HK. Seat har hatt denne teknologien siden 2014 &#8211; lenge nok til \u00e5 kunne oppdage eventuelle problemer. P\u00e5 en nettbasert forumside hevder en &laquo;inside&raquo; mekaniker at ACT-motorene har fungert fint &#8211; helt uten problemer. S\u00e5 kan man jo sp\u00f8rre seg hvorfor Volkswagen-gruppen valgte en annen\/endret motor n\u00e5r ACT-teknologien rulles ut i enda flere modeller? Utg\u00e5ende og ny motor har nemlig nesten identiske spesifikasjoner &#8211; ogs\u00e5 med hensyn til forbruk og utslipp.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n1,5 TSI skiller seg fra 1,4 TSI ved at den har registerreim i stedet for kjede. Dermed er forh\u00e5pentligvis tidlige problemer med TSI-motorens registerkjede\/strammer borte &#8211; problemer som har f\u00f8rt til mange motorhavarier. 1,5 TSI med utsjaltbare sylindre, &#8211; eller &laquo;Cylinders on Demand&raquo; tilbys i dag til f\u00f8lgende modeller: Volkswagen Golf, T-Roc, Tiguan, Touran og Arteon. Skoda Octavia. Audi A3. Da vises teksten &laquo;2-sylindermodus&raquo; i instrumentpanelet. Ved normal kj\u00f8ring &#8211; uten fokus p\u00e5 ACT &#8211; sjaltes sylindrene ut i sv\u00e6rt korte perioder, for eksempel mens du henter opp turtallet igjen etter \u00e5 ha sluppet opp gassen i nedoverbakke. Hvis du er forsiktig med gassen idet turtallet n\u00e5r bilens hastighet, kan du holde motoren lenger p\u00e5 2 sylindre. Med litt trening g\u00e5r det an \u00e5 opprettholde farten i slakke nedoverbakker og p\u00e5 slett vei, skj\u00f8nt det skal bare et vindpust til, f\u00f8r sparemodusen forsvinner. Inn- og utsjalting av sylindre skjer helt uten vibrasjoner og lyd. Det er bare teksten i instrumentpanelet som forteller hva som skjer. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Ikke ideelt sammen med cruise-kontroll<\/h3>\n<p>Adaptiv cruise fungerte brillefint. Det skulle da ogs\u00e5 bare mangle, siden alle komponentene er hentet fra Volkswagen. Men med cruise-kontroll innkoblet, ble ikke sylinder-utjaltingen utnyttet like optimalt som da jeg selv tilpasset farten med \u00f8ko-vennlig gassfot. Gammeldags som jeg er, tror jeg at vi mennesker enn\u00e5 kan kj\u00f8re mer sparsomt enn datamaskiner, i hvert fall s\u00e5 lenge vi kan lese og tilpasse kj\u00f8ringen etter veiens topografi. Det er likevel ingen tvil om at morgendagens cruise-kontroll b\u00f8r kunne jobbe mer effektivt med ACT.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Reelt forbruk<\/h3>\n<p>Jeg vet ikke hvilken effekt ACT har p\u00e5 forbruket. N\u00e5r to sylindre er sjaltet ut, halveres bensinforbruket. Men skal det f\u00e5 noen m\u00e5lbar effekt, b\u00f8r vel minst 10% av kj\u00f8ringen skje p\u00e5 2 sylindre, eller noe s\u00e5nt? I daglig kj\u00f8ring uten fokus p\u00e5 ACT-systemet, tror jeg besparelsen knapt er m\u00e5lbar. Min kj\u00f8ring begynte p\u00e5 0,58 liter pr mil i motorvei-hastighet, m\u00e5lt p\u00e5 bilens kj\u00f8recomputer. Gjennomsnittet endte p\u00e5 anstendige 0,51 etter hvert som jeg ble mer bevisst p\u00e5 \u00e5 kj\u00f8re \u00f8konomisk og kutte sylindre. 0,51 er i tr\u00e5d med oppgitt EU-forbruk. Rent subjektivt f\u00f8les Leon som litt st\u00f8rre, men det er bare innbilning. Bagasjerommet har god lengde (1 meter) med gjennomlastnings-luke. Plassen er lett \u00e5 utnytte. Det er 587 liter opp til vindush\u00f8yde, og 1470 liter med setene nedsl\u00e5tt. Det finnes egne h\u00e5ndtak for \u00e5 felle ned setene fra bagasjerommet. Seteryggene legger seg ikke helt i flukt med gulvet i varerommet &#8211; bare nesten. Kj\u00e6rt barn har mange navn. Volkswagen-gruppen har bestemt at motorer som kutter 2 sylindre, ikke lenger skal forbeholdes Seat og Skoda. N\u00e5 rulles de ut i hele Golf-familien. Med 7-trinns DSG er det et perfekt drivverk for alle Golf-baserte biler, ikke minst Seat Leon ST.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDet er uvisst hvor mye man egentlig sparer p\u00e5 utsjaltbare sylindre. Strengt talt sjaltes ikke sylindrene ut verken s\u00e6rlig <em>ofte<\/em> eller s\u00e6rlig <em>lenge<\/em>. Om det medf\u00f8rer sannhet, vites ikke, &#8211; men kan form\u00e5let med ACT ha v\u00e6rt \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 gode utslipps- og forbruksresultater i den nye EU-baserte kj\u00f8resyklusen NEDC? Det p\u00e5virker nemlig bilavgifter i land som Norge og ser bra ut for alle bilkj\u00f8pere som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 gj\u00f8re milj\u00f8vennlige valg. Win-win for alle parter, s\u00e5 lenge det er mulig for deg og meg \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 samme resultater.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nMed litt trening tror jeg det skal g\u00e5.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nUansett kan jeg bare anbefale Seat Leon ST. Skoda Octavia koster riktignok <em>like mye<\/em>, leveres med <em>samme<\/em> drivverk, har 23 liter <em>st\u00f8rre<\/em> bagasjerom og blir kanskje enklere \u00e5 selge som brukt fordi den har v\u00e6rt en storselger i mange \u00e5r. Skoda Octavia eller Seat Leon spiller i grunnen ingen stor rolle.
