Da kan man importere og bevare biler mens de enn\u00e5 er brukbare. En 20 \u00e5r gammel bil omtales ofte som &laquo;youngtimer&raquo; eller &laquo;fremtidig klassiker&raquo;. Om ti \u00e5r vil den v\u00e6re veteran. Prismessig kan 20 \u00e5r bety et vendepunkt. Da har bilene n\u00e5dd sin forventede levealder og laveste pris. Prisene p\u00e5 fremtidige klassikere vil da begynne \u00e5 svinge oppover.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nFor 20 \u00e5r gamle biler er det forbausende lite \u00e5 vinne p\u00e5 \u00e5 handle i utlandet. Man m\u00e5 temmelig h\u00f8yt opp i slagvolum, vekt og pris for \u00e5 h\u00f8ste fordeler av den nye avgiftsletten. Da snakker vi om V8, V10 og V12, seri\u00f8se hobbybiler som faller i grenseland for mange. Men vi skal se p\u00e5 mer folkelige hobbybiler ogs\u00e5. Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let vi stiller oss er:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Hvilke 20 \u00e5rs gamle biler l\u00f8nner det seg \u00e5 importere?<\/h3>\n<p>Vi tar for oss biler fra nettbaserte bilb\u00f8rser, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autotrader.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>AutoTrader.com<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobile.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Mobile.de<\/strong><\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finn.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Finn.no<\/strong><\/a>. Det forutsettes at bilene er minst 20 \u00e5r og fritatt for engangsavgift.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Alle oppgitte priser er inklusiv norsk vrakpant samt MVA av innkj\u00f8pspris og fraktutgifter.<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nHvis du kj\u00f8per bil i EU, kan du i enkelte tilfeller f\u00e5 refundert MVA fra forhandleren etter at bilen er tollet ut av EU. Det gjelder biler som kun er omsatt i forhandlernettet. For 20 \u00e5r gamle biler er det mer et unntak enn regel, &#8211; men det er mye \u00e5 spare hvis muligheten er der. Det skjedde ikke f\u00f8r i 2005, da Mustang 5 gjorde entr\u00e9. Jeg stusser likevel over h\u00f8ye priser sammenlignet med andre superbiler. Hvis de 17 tyske bilene ogs\u00e5 hadde gitt anledning til \u00e5 refundere MVA, ville gjennomsnittsprisen havnet p\u00e5 737 000 i stedet for 899 400. For biler i denne prisklassen er det viktig \u00e5 kunne forholde seg til en forhandler &#8211; og helt n\u00f8dvendig at man kan f\u00e5 refundert utg\u00e5ende MVA. Akkurat n\u00e5 er den mer ettertraktet p\u00e5 kontinentet enn her hjemme. Derfor er prisene i Europa ganske h\u00f8ye sammenlignet med norske priser. En ganske stor andel av tyske biler til salgs, er cabriolet&#8217;er. Det forsvarer delvis det h\u00f8ye prisniv\u00e5et, skj\u00f8nt det er ingen enorm forskjell mellom coup\u00e9 og cabriolet. Mer smak og behag. Som hobbybil fungerer den korte bilen godt. Den er mer tidl\u00f8s enn sine br\u00f8dre, C-klasse (W202) og tilsvarende CLK fra samme tiden, &#8211; som den for \u00f8vrige deler motorer og andre komponenter med. Generelt har SLK overlevd rustproblemene bedre enn sine st\u00f8rre br\u00f8dre. Det kan ha sammenheng med at SLK hele tiden har v\u00e6rt betraktet som entusiastbiler. Utvilsomt en fremtidig klassiker, &#8211; men siden det er en Mercedes-Benz, &#8211; ogs\u00e5 en bil som mange fortsatt benytter daglig. 20 \u00e5r er da ingen alder! Prisene p\u00e5 SLK har sannsynligvis enn\u00e5 ikke n\u00e5dd bunnen.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSLK har falt s\u00e5pass mye i pris, at det ikke er vesentlig \u00e5 f\u00e5 refundert MVA ved utf\u00f8rsel. Det er ingen prisfordel \u00e5 importere, og heller ikke n\u00f8dvendig, da utvalget av biler til salgs i Norge er ganske stort. I Tyskland kan det imidlertid v\u00e6re mulig \u00e5 finne biler med sv\u00e6rt lav km-stand eller helt spesielle varianter, som for eksempel AMG med 3,2-liters motor. SLK AMG er dyrere enn standardbilene, og derfor ikke tatt med i denne prisoversikten.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Konklusjon<\/h3>\n<p>Det er all grunn til \u00e5 takke regjeringen for avgiftsletten p\u00e5 import av &laquo;youngtimere&raquo;. Dette er en gavepakke til liebhabere, de som \u00f8nsker seg et hobbykj\u00f8ret\u00f8y i ren bilglede. Biler som &laquo;bare&raquo; er 20 \u00e5r gamle, som g\u00e5r for egen maskin og er komplette, kan bevares av helt vanlige mennesker med interesse for biler. Prismessig er 20-\u00e5rs grensen gunstig, da prisene p\u00e5 klassikere fremdeles er lave. Dessuten, kan det fortsatt v\u00e6re mulig \u00e5 finne biler innenfor EU hvor man kan f\u00e5 refundert MVA ved utf\u00f8rsel.
