Ikke alle girkasser t\u00e5ler belastningen n\u00e5r de plasseres i varebiler og SUV&#8217;er. Jeg opplevde dette nylig.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Lagerlyd fra girkassa!<\/h3>\n<p>En lyd som minner om sentrifugen hjemme eller n\u00e5r harddisken p\u00e5 PC&#8217;en din holder p\u00e5 \u00e5 ta kvelden. Det kommer gjerne litt lyd fra franske girkasser, men ikke som dette! Opel Vivaro er, som kjent, basert p\u00e5 Renault Trafic. Samme bil som Nissan NV300 og Fiat Talento, skj\u00f8nt Vivaro produseres i Luton, ikke i Frankrike.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Velkjent problem<\/h3>\n<p>Det handler om den manuelle 6-trinnskassa for Opel Vivaro A og B (PK6\/PF6). Jeg fant hjemmesiden til et britisk firma som reparerer girkasser p\u00e5 oppdrag fra forhandlere. De forteller at b\u00e5de Vivaro A og Vivaro B kan f\u00e5 problemer med lagerlyd i sjette gir, samt etter hvert problemer med \u00e5 f\u00e5 inn tredje og fjerde gir. I f\u00f8lge nettstedet sitter samme girkasse i begge seriene av Vivaro, skj\u00f8nt det er gjort noen endringer for Vivaro B. Til tross for dette, f\u00e5r de n\u00e5 inn skader p\u00e5 girkasser i biler med sv\u00e6rt lav km-stand, &#8211; helt fra 22 000 miles. Det kan virke som Renault kun har gjort et halvhjertet fors\u00f8k p\u00e5 \u00e5 fikse en kjent feil.<\/p>\n<p>Nettstedet jeg refererer til, anbefaler eiere \u00e5 skifte girolje ved hver service. Bildene deres kan f\u00e5 det til \u00e5 g\u00e5 kaldt nedover ryggen p\u00e5 selv den mest garvede bileier.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eco-torque.co.uk\/post\/2016\/12\/08\/pk6-pf6-gearbox-faults-a-guide-to-the-renault-traficmaster-vauxhall-vivaromovano-nissan-p\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Gearbox faults &#8211; Renault Trafic\/Master, Vauxhall Vivaro\/Movano, Nissan Primastar<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Ikke dimensjonert for varebilens totalvekt<\/h3>\n<p>Vivaro&#8217;en jeg nylig kj\u00f8rte, var knapt to \u00e5r og bare litt over 42 000 km p\u00e5 telleren og hadde lagerlyd i sjette gir. Hvordan er det mulig at komponenter i girkassa slites s\u00e5 tidlig? Dreiemomentet p\u00e5 1,6 CDTI-motoren er &laquo;kun&raquo; 300 Nm, s\u00e5 det burde girkassa t\u00e5le. Jeg tipper derfor at girkassa bryter sammen fordi den ikke er dimensjonert for varebilens <em>vekt<\/em> &#8211; egenvekt med f\u00f8rer 1758 kg &#8211; totalvekt 2920 kg. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Volvos f\u00f8rste SUV led samme skjebne<\/h3>\n<p>Volvo hadde allerede XC70, basert p\u00e5 V70. Drivverket var som skapt for en h\u00f8ybygd SUV &#8211; trodde man. Problemet var at girkassa ikke var dimensjonert for den tyngre XC90. Jeg kjenner en eier av XC90 med manuell girkasse. Han fikk bytte girkasse 3 ganger f\u00f8r han byttet inn bilen. Heldigvis gikk alt p\u00e5 garantien. Mange har hatt tilsvarende erfaringer med XC90. Her var ikke bare girkassene underdimensjonert, men ogs\u00e5 andre komponenter i styring og understell. At problemene ogs\u00e5 dukker opp i dagens modell er urovekkende, men underdimensjonerte girkasser beh\u00f8ver ikke v\u00e6re like kritisk for alle. Kj\u00f8rer du for eksempel Vivaro med lett innredning, for eksempel som servicebil, kan girkassa holde fint i forhold til en bil som brukes til \u00e5 frakte tunge gjenstander og trekke henger. Motoren i Vivaro B, 1,6 liters biturbo CDTI, er det nemlig ingen ting \u00e5 utsette p\u00e5. Den er sv\u00e6rt responsvillig til \u00e5 v\u00e6re diesel. Her f\u00e5r man b\u00e5de dieselmotorens seigdrag og \u00f8konomi, samt responsvillighet som en bensinmotor. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Vivaro C er her snart<\/h3>\n<p>Samarbeidet mellom Opel og Renault avsluttes. Nye Opel Vivaro C er her straks. Den er varslet \u00e5 v\u00e6re til salgs i Tyskland februar 2019. I likhet med forgjengeren skal den produseres i Luton og selges som Opel og Vauxhall. Bortsett fra grillen, er den 100% basert p\u00e5 Peugeot Expert og Citro\u00ebn Jumpy, samt Toyota ProAce som jeg kj\u00f8rte i forrige uke. I 2020 skal Vivaro kunne leveres med elmotor. I takt med tiden kommer sikkert ogs\u00e5 dagens 2-liter BlueHDI motor til \u00e5 nedskaleres. Da f\u00e5r vi bare h\u00e5pe at PSA\/Opel s\u00f8rger for \u00e5 levere girkasser som t\u00e5ler lasten.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Bilder av nye Opel\/Vauxhal Vivaro C<\/h3>\n<p><figure
