Etter Volkswagens braksuksess med boble-oppf\u00f8lgeren Golf, satte Porsche i gang produksjonen av sin f\u00f8rste bil med motor foran. F\u00f8rst 924 fra modell\u00e5ret 1977, deretter 928 fra 1978. Porsche 944 kom f\u00f8rst i 1982, som en oppf\u00f8lger etter 924. Jeg har lest at Porsche seri\u00f8st vurderte \u00e5 fase ut sine luftavkj\u00f8lte, hekkmotoriserte modeller.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nPorsche 944 er i ferd med \u00e5 bli en klassiker. Er du p\u00e5 utkikk etter en hobbybil som kan registreres som veteran, er det ikke dumt \u00e5 se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 944. Men v\u00e6r klar over at det finnes gode alternativer. Toyota Supra og Nissan SX, eller Mazda MX-5. De er mer driftssikre, rimeligere \u00e5 holde p\u00e5 veien og g\u00e5r bedre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Men de er ikke noen <em>Porsche<\/em>, vil du kanskje si.<br \/>\n&#8211; Men det er ikke <em>Porsche 944<\/em>, heller, vil andre hevde.<br \/>\nV\u00e6r forberedt! Du kan bli m\u00f8tt med en kald skulder i visse snobbebil-milj\u00f8er. De er begge til salgs. Begge sto ute i hele vinter og er langt fra str\u00f8kne. De trenger en grundig overhaling, avhengig av kj\u00f8pernes ambisjoner. Bilene er ikke brukt til r\u00e5nekj\u00f8ring. De virker heller ikke &laquo;skrudd i hjel&raquo; av overambisi\u00f8se hobbymekanikere. Det beste med bilene, er at de virker komplette, har skilter og kan kj\u00f8res for egen maskin. Dessuten er de veteranbiler.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nJeg kjenner de to bilene kun etter et visuelt inntrykk. Kontaktinformasjonen er formidlet nederst i innlegget for de som er interesserte. Den beige bilen har amerikansk front og skal selges gjennom et auksjonsfirma med utbudspris 59 000 kr + sal\u00e6rer og avgifter. Den bl\u00e5 bilen er utstilt foran et bilfirma, men har privat kontaktperson. Den \u00f8nsker selgeren 79 000 kr for. Den har relativt ny EU-godkjenning. I 1983 kunne man bestille Fuchs-felger i klassisk Porsche-stil.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Porsche 944 i et n\u00f8tteskall<\/h3>\n<p>Porsche 944 er en 2+2 seter produsert mellom 1982 og 1991. Den har en frontmontert 2,5 liters rekkefirer og transaksel &#8211; bakmontert 5-trinns girkasse med drift rett p\u00e5 bakhjulene. Motoren yter 163 HK og har maksimalt dreiemoment p\u00e5 205 Nm ved 3000 omdreininger. 0-100 er oppgitt til 8,3 sekunder og toppfarten er 222 km\/t. Modellen fikk en facelift i 1985 med forbedret interi\u00f8r og mer moderne dashbord. Modellprogrammet ble utvidet med en turboutgave. Senere, i 1987-89, kom 944 S med 190 HK. Deretter 944 S2 med 3 liter og 211 HK. Bl\u00e5 s\u00f8yler er  basert p\u00e5 alle modeller (302). R\u00f8de s\u00f8yler gjelder tidlige modeller (87) f\u00f8r facelift.<\/figcaption><\/figure>Det finnes ganske mange 944 til salgs. Som med flere andre veteranbiler, er prisene p\u00e5 kontinentet faktisk h\u00f8yere enn i Norge. Prisskalaen er hentet fra den tyske bildatabasen <em><a href=\"https:\/\/mobile.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mobile.de<\/strong><\/a><\/em>. Prisbildet i Frankrike er likedant. En betydelig andel av bilene befinner seg fremdeles i et prisskikt over 200 000 kr. Mange av dem er S2-modeller og cabrioleter, men ogs\u00e5 vanlige 944 II med og uten turbo. N\u00e5r det gjelder serie 1-modeller, ligger de i hovedsak mellom 50-150 000 kroner avhengig av km og tilstand. Det blir dyrere \u00e5 oppgradere i ettertid. Det gjelder ikke minst Porsche 944. Etter hva jeg kjenner til, er det ingen spesielle rustproblemer. Bilene er helgalvaniserte. Det kan imidlertid lett oppst\u00e5 fuktproblemer, noe som bidrar til \u00e5 ta knekken p\u00e5 elektronikk og elinstallasjoner. Det kan gi sur lukt i kup\u00e9en. For \u00f8vrig forekommer det ofte problemer med det relativt lille som finnes av elektronikk og kretskort. Et generelt problem for tidlige 80-tallsbiler. Ikke alle verksteder vil p\u00e5ta seg reparasjoner av Porsche 944. Du b\u00f8r velge din mekaniker med omhu. Skifte av registerreim skal utf\u00f8res ved hver 100 000 km. Motoren har 2 balanseaksler som ikke b\u00f8r komme i ulage.
