Det er en modell som deler plattform, drivverk og komponenter med andre SUV&#8217;er fra Volkswagen-konsernet. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Jeg l\u00e5nte &laquo;min&raquo; Seat Ateca FR av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyre.no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Hyre.no<\/strong><\/a>, en ny bildelingstjeneste som har plassert splitter nye Seat&#8217;er p\u00e5 stragiske steder i Oslo sentrum. Vil du pr\u00f8vekj\u00f8re, f\u00e5r du l\u00e5ne bilen gratis. Det er s\u00f8ndag, str\u00e5lende april-sol og sommervarme. Bilen s\u00e5 flott ut p\u00e5 pickup-plassen. Det st\u00e5r &laquo;FR&raquo; i grillen, p\u00e5 rattet og bakluka, s\u00e5 ingen kan unng\u00e5 \u00e5 legge merke til hva dette er. I Norge selges ogs\u00e5 varianten FR+ som inneholder panorama soltak og premium lydsystem. Alcantara\/stoff overflater og elektrisk justerbart f\u00f8rersete i alle retninger. Med stillbart ratt finner jeg en perfekt sittestilling. Look-and-feel er omtrent p\u00e5 h\u00f8yde med Tiguan, men lavere niv\u00e5 enn en velutstyrt Q3, uten at jeg kan sette fingeren p\u00e5 noe spesielt. Ateca virker st\u00f8rre enn Q3 innvendig, skj\u00f8nt p\u00e5 papiret er de like store. Likevel er jeg sikker p\u00e5 at man kan stue inn mer bagasje i Ateca&#8217;s firkantede form enn under Q3&#8217;ens skr\u00e5nende bakrute. Jeg fant lett igjen f\u00f8rerassistanse-funksjonene. Jeg slo av &laquo;Active Lane Assist&raquo;, men beholdt de andre.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Kutter 2 sylindre<\/h3>\n<p>Den lille 1,4 liters TSI-motoren yter 150 hestekrefter og gir et dreiemoment p\u00e5 250 Nm mellom 1500 og 3500 omdreininger. Det spesielle med motoren er at den har s\u00e5kalt Active Cylinder Technology (ACT) som kutter 2 av sylindrene n\u00e5r motoren g\u00e5r uten belastning. Det p\u00e5virker bensinforbruket, men krever litt tilvenning for \u00e5 kunne kj\u00f8re skikkelig \u00f8konomisk.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nM\u00e5lt p\u00e5 relativt korte 2-3 mils intervaller kunne jeg oppn\u00e5 et gjennomsnittsforbruk p\u00e5 under 0,5 liter\/mil p\u00e5 landevei og motorvei. Da m\u00e5tte jeg passe p\u00e5 at motoren holdt seg p\u00e5 to sylindre s\u00e5 lenge som mulig, ogs\u00e5 ved svakt gassp\u00e5drag. Man h\u00f8rer ikke at motoren kutter sylindre, men det kommer opp  en tekst i instrumentdisplayet. Supert for \u00f8ko-nerder som meg. Fabrikktallene er hhv. 0,74 liter\/mil for bykj\u00f8ring og 0,61 liter\/mil p\u00e5 landevei. Mine tall for bykj\u00f8ring samsvarte med fabrikktallene. Bilen er morsom \u00e5 kj\u00f8re i byen, og jeg synes det blir vanskelig \u00e5 komme under fabrikktallene. Flotte lyskringler i kj\u00f8relysene.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Sportslig<\/h3>\n<p>Selv om det g\u00e5r an \u00e5 kjipe inn p\u00e5 forbruket s\u00e5 fremst\u00e5r Ateca FR utvilsomt som sportslig. Fete 19-tommere, paddleshift og responsvilling motor bidrar til det. P\u00e5 veien f\u00f8les fj\u00e6ringen stram, &#8211; en tanke <em>for<\/em> sportslig med tanke p\u00e5 komfort. Man kan velge ulike kj\u00f8remodus, blant annet Eco, Normal og Sport. I sport-modus strammes styrebevegelser og gassp\u00e5drag, mens understellet virket like stramt hele tiden.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nP\u00e5 svingete bakveier l\u00e5 bilen godt p\u00e5 veien. Men n\u00e5r asfalten langs kantene begynte \u00e5 b\u00e6re preg av telehiv, gikk sportspreget klart ut over komforten. De store felgene bidro ikke til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det s\u00e6rlig bedre. Vinterdekk i dimensjon 245\/40 R19 er dessuten langt fra lydl\u00f8se. I likhet med Leon er Ateca godt lydisolert fra motorrommet. Motoren er praktisk talt ikke h\u00f8rbar. Det eneste h\u00f8rbare, bortsett fra radioen, er dekkst\u00f8yen. Problemet er ikke f\u00f8rst og fremst <em>st\u00f8yniv\u00e5et<\/em>, men at lyden kan v\u00e6re ganske irriterende. En slags skingrende st\u00f8y av samme typen som lastebildekk avgir. Jeg lurer p\u00e5 hvordan lydbildet vil v\u00e6re med sommerdekk? Normalt st\u00f8yer sportslige sommerdekk mer enn myke, piggfrie vinterdekk, men hvis lyden hadde v\u00e6rt mer lavfrekvent ville den v\u00e6rt mindre generende. For \u00f8vrig er firehjulstrekk et &laquo;must&raquo; for biler som dette &#8211; n\u00e5r man bor i Norge, vel og merke.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Er det rom for Ateca i Volkswagens SUV-sortiment?<\/h3>\n<p>Plass og sikkerhet i Ateca er p\u00e5 samme niv\u00e5 som sine konsernbr\u00f8dre Q3, Tiguan og Karoq. Ateca rommer 510 liter opp til hattehyllen og 1604 liter med nedsl\u00e5tte bakseter. Bakluken er el-drevet. Firehjulstrekket stjeler noen liter av bagasjerommet, men det er det samme for de andre SUV&#8217;ene her ogs\u00e5.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nAudi Q3 og Volkswagen Tiguan er allerede etablerte modeller i markedet. Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let er hvor Seat Ateca passer inn? I Europa har Seat&#8217;er ribbet for utstyr, en prisfordel som ikke kommer til syne i Norge p\u00e5 grunn av avgiftene. Skal Seat ha en sjanse p\u00e5 det norske markedet, m\u00e5 det v\u00e6re velutstyrte biler, &#8211; biler som er like gode som Audi Q3 og Volkswagen Tiguan. Sammenligningen her kan bli vanskelig fordi de ulike modellene ikke matcher hverandre med hensyn til drivverk og utstyrsniv\u00e5. Jeg skal fors\u00f8ke \u00e5 verdsette Ateca i forhold til de andre.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSeat Ateca FR 1,4 TSI 150 HK 4DRIVE DSG koster 507 500. Den er da ferdig utstyrt. Det eneste du trenger i tillegg er lakktillegg og vinterdekk. Det er ikke spesielt billig, men heller ingen upris sammenlignet med sine konsernbr\u00f8dre. N\u00e6rmeste Audi Q3 Quattro blir med 2,0 TFSI 180 HK S tronic. Den koster 560 000 uten ekstrautstyr. Volkswagen Tiguan med samme motor som Ateca, pluss 4Motion og DSG, koster 514 800 som Highline, eller kampanjepris 479 400 i Business line. Men man m\u00e5 legge til mye kostbart tilleggsutstyr for \u00e5 matche Seat Ateca FR. Skoda Karoq tilbyr i \u00f8yeblikket ingen modeller med firehjulstrekk og bensinmotor.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Kj\u00f8p den p\u00e5 nettet!<\/h3>\n<p>En faktor som kan avgj\u00f8re hvilken av SUV&#8217;ene man velger, er hvilken forhandler som er n\u00e6rmest der du bor eller jobber. Her kan Seat ha en fordel etter som den kun selges via Internett. Bestill pr\u00f8vekj\u00f8ring p\u00e5 nettet, plukk opp en bil i n\u00e6rheten, eller lei en for hele helgen.
