Jeg tipper at du har valg T8-drivverket med 407 HK, &#8211; 320 p\u00e5 bensin og 87 p\u00e5 el. Med dagens avgiftssystem er det en gavepakke. Sammenlignet med bilavgifts-n\u00f8ytrale Sverige, er ogs\u00e5 D4 en gavepakke, skj\u00f8nt ikke i like stor grad som hybrid. Med nyheter om \u00f8kte bompenger og ny dieselavgift i Oslo, blir det lett \u00e5 like T8.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nJeg valgte en tabloid overskrift p\u00e5 denne artikkelen. D4 i utg\u00e5ende Volvo XC60 er ikke den samme motoren du finner i den nye modellen. Fra n\u00e5 av best\u00e5r D4 av en 190 HK twin turbo diesel utviklet fra 2-literen som sitter i D3 og D2. For en stund siden ble jeg imponert av den nye D2-motoren og er sikker p\u00e5 at nye D4 med 8-trinns Geartronic neppe skuffer. Nye D4 er et godt motorvalg, selv om f\u00e5 kommer til \u00e5 velge det.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Ingen krutt\u00f8nne<\/h3>\n<p>Gamle D4 &#8211; som sitter i utg\u00e5ende XC60 &#8211; har ogs\u00e5 190 HK. Det er Volvos velkjente 5-sylindrede 2,4D. Det er en motor med mange kvaliteter, men ikke samme karakteristikk som nye D4. &laquo;Min&raquo; Volvo XC60 er produsert s\u00e5 sent som mai i \u00e5r. I Sverige selges den utg\u00e5ende modellen parallelt med den nye, under navnet XC60 Classic, &#8211; s\u00e5 lenge lageret rekker. Den 5-sylindrede 2,4D oppf\u00f8rer seg i langt st\u00f8rre grad som en diesel. Den trekker bra, har et godt dreiemoment (420Nm ved 1500-3000) og er ikke plaget med turbo-lag. Men den f\u00f8les imidlertid langt fra like kvikk og responsiv som den nye 2-literen. Dessuten l\u00e5ter den mer diesel, &#8211; traktordiesel. Men det er ingen negativ opplevelse. Tvert i mot.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nJeg kjenner meg igjen fra V40, V60 og V70. Jeg velger instrumenteringen med den r\u00f8de bakgrunnen &#8211; &laquo;Performance&raquo;. Jeg finner umiddelbart en perfekt kj\u00f8restilling med eljusterbart f\u00f8rersete og justerbart ratt. Komfort og feelgood er som vanlig, helt konge. Spesielt bredden. Gjennom smale villagater med gateparkerte biler m\u00e5 jeg beregne noen centimetre ekstra. Likes\u00e5 p\u00e5 motorveien hvor det blir litt mindre avstand til andre felt. Feltvarsleren plinger rett som det er. Det er ok. Likes\u00e5 den litt uelegante avstandsvarsleren og blindsonevarslingen. Den litt tunge styringen bidro ogs\u00e5 til \u00e5 gi en f\u00f8lelse av &laquo;stor bil&raquo;.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nJeg tenker at motoren p\u00e5 190 hester faktisk er p\u00e5krevet p\u00e5 en bil som dette. Noe mindre ville f\u00f8les undermotorisert. I f\u00f8lge vognkortet veier bilen 1728 kg. Den femsylindrede 2,4D-motoren gir ingen kjempeakselerasjon, ei heller noen f\u00f8lelse av \u00e5 ha noe ekstra under panseret. Heller ikke lydmessig. Jeg husker Audis 5-sylindrede 2,3-liter bensin, og syntes den ga et t\u00f8ffere lydbilde med sin femte sylinder. Sekstrinns-kassa fungerer OK, men jeg synes ikke at den girer like kjapt som Audis S tronic. Den etterlater imidlertid ingen merkbare d\u00f8dpartier i turtallsregisteret. En av fordelene med 2.4D, sammenlignet med enkelte av  turbodiesel-konkurrentene &#8211; for eksempel fra VAG-konsernet &#8211; er at det gode dreiemomentet holder seg over et bredere turtallsomr\u00e5de. Man &laquo;t\u00f8mmer&raquo; ikke girene like raskt. Det er bra.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nVi tok bilen ut i skogen. Det hadde regnet ganske mye, og i en liten skogsvei s\u00e5 vi sleipe, vannfylte  slurespor etter noen som hadde v\u00e6rt der tidligere. Haldex 5 grep elegant inn og dro den tunge bilen flott opp. Jeg var litt bekymret for en dyp dump, men etter \u00e5 ha studert overhengene og bakkeklaringen s\u00e5 jeg at det gikk fint. P\u00e5 g\u00e5rdsvei og grusete, ujevne bygdeveier er komforten helt utmerket. N\u00e5r vi er inne p\u00e5 komfort, s\u00e5 er dette en av XC60&#8217;s store fordeler. Nye Q5 har til sammenligning 770 liter. Volvoens bagasjerom er imidlertid lett \u00e5 utnytte, og oppleves faktisk som rommeligere enn det er. St\u00f8rrelsesmessig er det omtrent som Mazda CX-5 og Audi A4 Avant, for \u00e5 nevne noen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">\u00d8konomi<\/h3>\n<p>I Norge f\u00e5r du n\u00e5 kj\u00f8pt Volvo XC60 Classic kun som bruktbil eller overligger. D4 er ingen d\u00e5rlig valg, selv med Oslo-politikernes dieselutspill. Jeg har ikke finm\u00e5lt dieselforbruket, men med blandet kj\u00f8ring p\u00e5 motorvei og landevei, ser det ut til \u00e5 stabilisere seg rundt 0,8 liter pr mil de f\u00f8rste 10 milene. 2,4-motoren er driftsikker og god for mange \u00f8konomiske mil, men jeg kjenner urovekkende mange som har hatt problemer med girkassene i ganske nye Volvoer, &#8211; b\u00e5de automatkasser og manuelle kasser. Selv om jeg h\u00e5per dette kun gjelder litt eldre konstruksjoner, er det viktig \u00e5 f\u00e5 med seg s\u00e5 gode garantier som mulig, ikke minst n\u00e5r du kj\u00f8per brukt.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Konklusjon<\/h3>\n<p>Det er fortsatt gunstig \u00e5 kj\u00f8pe dieselbiler i Norge, sammenlignet med avgiftsn\u00f8ytrale land. Myndighetene skaper imidlertid mye usikkerhet ved \u00e5 innf\u00f8re t\u00f8ysete avgifter p\u00e5 dieselbiler. Det kan gj\u00f8re det vanskelig \u00e5 selge dem p\u00e5 annenh\u00e5ndsmarkedet, i hvert fall p\u00e5 kort sikt. P\u00e5 <em>lang<\/em> sikt tror jeg ikke det spiller s\u00e5 stor rolle om man kj\u00f8rer diesel eller hybrid. Om 10 \u00e5r kommer vi til \u00e5 flire overb\u00e6rende av dagens ladbare hybridbiler med sine korte rekkevidder. Nye XC60 T8 har omtrent 30 km rekkevidde p\u00e5 el. Om 10 \u00e5r oppleves <em>det<\/em> kanskje mer gammeldags enn en vanlig turbodiesel. Jeg er sikker p\u00e5 at diesel-Volvoene g\u00e5r like bra om ti \u00e5r, &#8211; ikke minst 2,4D. Jeg tar utgangspunkt i motortilbudene for nye XC60 og setter bensinalternativet T5 som normal. Alle modellene er med automat, 4WD og rimeligste utstyrsniv\u00e5. Jeg sammenligner med svenske priser fordi deres bilpriser er noks\u00e5 avgiftsn\u00f8ytrale, &#8211; det vil si, bilene prises enkelt og greit som vanlige kapitalvarer. Alts\u00e5, n\u00e5r jeg sammenligner svenske og norske priser, blir regnestykket slik:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBensin T5: Svensk pris: 422 900 SEK,  norsk pris: 725 000 NOK. Det finnes ikke lenger noen norsk pris \u00e5 sammenligne med, men utregnet med samme faktor som de nye X60&#8217;ene ville den havnet p\u00e5 606 000 NOK.
