Det spesielle med Kamm-formen er avslutningen av hekken. En svakt skr\u00e5nende taklinje avbrutt av en helt loddrett linje. Dette designprinsippet ble innf\u00f8rt i GS og GSA, og senere blant annet i Toyota Prius med fler. Kamm-formen tillot f\u00e5 designmessige friheter. Likevel fikk ikke CX noen oppsiktsvekkende gode CW-verdier. Etter facelift&#8217;en var den p\u00e5 0,36. Det er det samme som Volvo XC90 hadde da <em>den<\/em> ble lansert. Modellen ble designet av Citro\u00ebn <em>f\u00f8r<\/em> selskapet ble kj\u00f8pt opp av PSA, men satt i produksjon like <em>etter<\/em> oppkj\u00f8pet var et faktum (1974). Det er ikke godt \u00e5 si. Kanskje produksjonsanlegget og oppf\u00f8lgningen ikke var helt ferdig? Det er dessverre en kjent sak at spesielt de f\u00f8rste bilene hadde mange feil og problemer. Flere biler var rene &laquo;mandagsbiler&raquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Store familiebiler var ikke PSA&#8217;s sterkeste side p\u00e5 70- og 80-tallet. I tillegg til CX, produserte de som kjent, ogs\u00e5 Peugeot 604 og Talbot Tagora. Denne trioen bidro til \u00e5 holde liv i myten om  at franske biler var up\u00e5litelige. CX var en avansert bil for sin tid, med hydraulisk fj\u00e6ring, speed-sensitiv styreservo og ultrasensitive bremser. Likevel var de fleste problemene knyttet til relativt banale feil hvor det elektriske systemet var en gjenganger for mange.<\/p>\n<p>CX fikk en facelift i 1986. Da fikk den nye plastdeler, &#8211; som mer aerodynamiske og fargeavstemte st\u00f8tfangere, kanalskj\u00f8rt, skjermskj\u00f8rt og nye speilhus. Det spesielle &#8211; og s\u00e6re &#8211; instrumentpanelet med roterende tromler ble byttet ut med ordin\u00e6re klokker. Skal jeg k\u00e5re den beste utgaven, ville jeg velge en facelifted versjon med 2,5 liters turbodiesel. Her hjemme ble den ganske popul\u00e6r p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nne skilter. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>CX er en fascinerende bil, men neppe noen legende p\u00e5 h\u00f8yde med sine
