Det kommer kanskje i neste runde? For Opel Ampera-e og Tesla er jo allerede der.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nJeg tror mange lurer p\u00e5 om de skal kj\u00f8pe elbil <em>n\u00e5<\/em>, eller vente til neste oppgradering. Realistisk sett, vil det alltid v\u00e6re en &laquo;neste oppgradering&raquo;. Er du uheldig, kan bilen du kj\u00f8pte i \u00e5r, bli vanskelig \u00e5 selge om to \u00e5r. Frykten for akkurat <em>det<\/em> kan vel kalles <em>oppgraderingsangst<\/em>.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nTenk om bilprodusentene kunne garantere mulighet for \u00e5 oppgradere batteriene i ettertid? <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Nissan Leaf<\/h3>\n<p>Og om ikke <em>bilprodusentene<\/em> gj\u00f8r det, s\u00e5 kommer kanskje andre batteriprodusenter til \u00e5 tilby uavhengige l\u00f8sninger? Har du en Nissan Leaf 24 KWH kan du legge 4 500 USD p\u00e5 bordet og fordoble batterikapasiteten og rekkevidden. Ulempen er at ekstrabatteriene fyller bagasjerommet og gir en betydelig vekt\u00f8kning p\u00e5 150-300 kg. Nyheten er spredt p\u00e5 nettet, men produsenten, Hybrid Industries, virker en tanke tilbakeholdne med informasjon. Det eneste vi har f\u00e5tt se hittil, er en prototype-installasjon p\u00e5 YouTube som ser ut som en ordentlig &laquo;redneck solution&raquo; med manuell bryter for \u00e5 svitsje mellom de to batteripakkene. Nissan jobber for harde livet med \u00e5 ferdigstille den nye Leaf&#8217;en som kommer til neste \u00e5r. Det er meldt at den kan leveres med flere batterivalg, 24, 30, 48 eller 60 KWH. Da synes jeg Nissan kunne tilby en 48 KWH batteripakke for eldre Leaf-modeller. Fremtiden for BMW i3-eiere ser dermed lysere ut. Det ryktes at BMW skal tilby oppgradering av biler med 21,6 KWH batterier til nye 33,4 KWH med utvidelse av rekkevidde fra 130 km til 183 km (EPA), &#8211; nok til \u00e5 kj\u00f8re tur retur Gardermoen. Prisen blir relativ h\u00f8y i forhold til effekt\u00f8kningen, &#8211; hele 7 000 euro <em>*)<\/em>.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBMW har ikke annonsert noe eksakt tidspunkt for n\u00e5r oppgraderinger blir tilgjengelig. De har heller aldri gjennomf\u00f8rt noe lignende oppdateringsprogram. Bileiere med 24,2 KWH batterier vet forel\u00f8pig ikke om det vil bli mulig \u00e5 \u00f8ke til 35,8 KWH med rekkvidde\u00f8kning fra 133 km til 199 km (EPA). Det er ikke usannsynlig at Volkswagen p\u00e5 sikt erkl\u00e6rer samme politiske m\u00e5l som BMW, &#8211; nemlig \u00e5 tilby oppgraderinger av milj\u00f8hensyn. Hvis du leier batteripakken, vil oppgradering av batteripakken fra 22 KWH til 41 KWH koste 3 500 euro <em>*)<\/em> i engangsbel\u00f8p pluss oppjustert leie. Hvis du <em>eier<\/em> batteriene koster det 9 900 euro <em>*)<\/em>. Prisen inkluderer frakt, arbeidstimer og administrative arbeider, hovedsaklig knyttet til endring av opplysninger i vognkortet. Prisen er h\u00f8y, men s\u00e5 vil man f\u00e5 en elbil som faktisk kan ta deg helt opp til hytta p\u00e5 Geilo p\u00e5 \u00e9n batteriladning. Oppgraderingen vil v\u00e6re mulig fra annen halvdel av 2017. N\u00e6rmere dato er ikke angitt. Vekten av batteriene \u00f8kes fra 290 kg til 312 kg. Endringen krever ikke bare endringer i vognkortet men ogs\u00e5 tilh\u00f8rende forsikringsavtaler.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Flere ubesvarte sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l.<\/h3>\n<p><em>*)<\/em> S\u00e5 eier du en Renault Zoe eller BMW i3 trenger du ikke \u00e5 bekymre deg for oppgradering av batteriene. Det finnes et oppgraderingsprogram i Europa, men noe usikkert om hvordan det vil bli h\u00e5ndtert i elbil-landet Norge. Det gjenst\u00e5r \u00e5 se hva dette vil koste. Vil batteriendringen v\u00e6re mva-pliktig, og vil fritak for engangsavgift fortsatt gjelde etter oppgradering? Det er ogs\u00e5 usikkert hvilke endringer som kreves i vognkortet.
