Min var en guttemodell med krummet stang. Selv om det var kommet mange nye, flotte bilmodeller, husker jeg godt de som var gamle. Faren til en av kameratene hadde byttet ut sin 1938 Plymouth med \u00e9n som var 2 \u00e5r nyere. De delte garasje med en 1953 Opel Kapit\u00e4n. Litt lenger unna gikk det en EMW 340 &#8211; en staselig 50-talls bil fra \u00d8st-Tyskland. En bonde i n\u00e6rheten kj\u00f8rte 1955 Ford F-100 pickup stepside, r\u00f8d med hvit grill. Hovedbildet viser en Volkswagen. Det ble solgt mer enn dobbelt s\u00e5 mange folkevogner som det ble av Ford Cortina &#8211; nummer 2 p\u00e5 salgslistene. Ford, Opel og Volvo hadde n\u00e5 flere modeller som solgte godt. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Nye modeller i 1969<\/h3>\n<p>Selv om bilsalget i 1969 var rekordh\u00f8yt, ble det ikke s\u00e6rlig mange nye modeller dette \u00e5ret. De bilene som fikk st\u00f8rst betydning for bilparken her hjemme, var Renault 12 og Volkswagen K70. Austin Maxi ble ogs\u00e5 lansert dette \u00e5ret, og kanskje \u00e9n av de bilene som kanskje lignet mest p\u00e5 dagens familiebiler, men ble ikke s\u00e6rlig popul\u00e6r i Norge. Peugeot 304 tok over etter 204.
