hadde f\u00e5tt nye st\u00f8tfangere og var fremdeles Norges mest solgte bil dette \u00e5ret. Ellers var nybilsalget dominert av Ford og Opel. Fords modellprogram var ganske imponerende, med modeller fra England, Tyskland og USA.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Nye modeller i 1968<\/h3>\n<p>Den st\u00f8rste nyheten for folk flest var Ford Escort, en bil som etterfulgte Ford Anglia. I storbilklassen var Mercedes-Benz&#8217; W114 (6-syl) og W115 (4-syl) dens st\u00f8rste nyheten. Den tok over fra de tidligere modellene W110 (med finner) og W108. Dette var datidens E-klasse og slo godt an i drosjen\u00e6ringen. Peugeot 504 ble ogs\u00e5 et popul\u00e6rt innslag i den norske bilparken. Peugeot var kjent for \u00e5 lage slitesterke biler. Audi 100 dukket ogs\u00e5 opp, men Audi hadde ikke samme status og markedsposisjon som i dag.
