Bortsett fra buen over baklokket, kunne hele bilen v\u00e6rt tegnet med linjal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2_first\">Falskt continental kit<\/h3>\n<p>Buen over baklokket b\u00e6rer konturene etter et continental kit, det vil si at reservehjulet skulle v\u00e6re montert st\u00e5ende bak bagasjerommet. Men buen er kun et dekorelement. Begge var basert p\u00e5 5. generasjon av Lincoln Continental. Med total lengde p\u00e5 5,85 meter var den stor selv til amerikaner \u00e5 v\u00e6re. Fra neste modell begynte nedskaleringen, s\u00e5nn at Mark IV blir st\u00e5ende som en av de siste store fullsize bilene &#8211; og etter manges mening &#8211; den vakreste. Som typisk er for amerikanske biler, ble det gjort endringer for hvert modell\u00e5r, men ingen spesielt synlige fra utsiden. Mange valgte vinyltak &#8211; enten helt eller i &laquo;landau&raquo; stil hvor bare bakerste del var vinylkledt. Fargeavstemt ytre og indre, og valg av stoffer spilte stor rolle. Det ble laget flere spesialmodeller. Motormessig fikk man Lincoln Continental Mark IV og V enten med 400 kubikktommers V8 eller 460 (7,5 liter). I kj\u00f8ret\u00f8yregisteret er det ca 200 Mark IV og V oppf\u00f8rt, hvorav en del er avregistrert, forh\u00e5pentligvis p\u00e5 grunn av renoveringsarbeider. P\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finn.no\/car\/used\/search.html?model=1.7153.7154&#038;sort=PUBLISHED_DESC&#038;year_from=1977&#038;year_to=1979\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Finn.no<\/strong><\/a> ligger det i skrivende stund 11 biler til salgs. Flere av bildene er tatt i forbindelse med 2 forskjellige biltreff hos R\u00f8hneSelmer Asker og B\u00e6rum for Lincoln. Det er stor entusiasme og interessen for Lincoln i Norge &#8211; spesielt Mark IV.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_82472\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-82472\" style=\"width: Den hvite bilen sto parkert p\u00e5 Hagan i Nittedal.
