ZR1 betyr blant annet lavere vekt ved bruk av karbonfiber, 6,2 liters V8 som yter 638 HK og keramiske bremseskiver (Akershus NO, 2017).<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Modellhistorikk<\/h3>\n<p>Corvette C6 ble produsert fra modell\u00e5ret 2005 til og med 2013. Du kan lett skille den fra forgjengerne ved at frontlysene ikke er skjult. C6 ble laget i 3 varianter, &#8211; Coup\u00e9, Targa og Convertible. De fikk st\u00f8rre motorer enn forgjengeren &#8211; LS2 364 V8 (6 liter) 400 HK. 2008-modellen fikk LS3 &#8211; en 6,2 liters V8 med 430 HK. Begge aspirerende motorer uten turbo. Det ble ogs\u00e5 laget flere spesialmodeller av C6. Mest kjent er Z06 og ZR1. Z06 med LS7 &#8211; 7-liters motor som presterte 505 HK &#8211; ogs\u00e5 den aspirerende &#8211; med dry sump. I ZR1 var motoren trimmet til 630 HK. Nesten alle gj\u00f8r et poeng av hvor vanskelig det kan v\u00e6re \u00e5 velge blant alle variantene, deriblant spesialversjoner. LS2 og LS3 motorene karakteriseres som meget holdbare. Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let er hvor mye sportsbil du \u00f8nsker? Z06 ble kun levert med 6-trinns manuell girkasse &#8211; ikke automat. Uvanlig til \u00e5 v\u00e6re USA, men bilene gir mye kj\u00f8reglede for de som liker \u00e5 kj\u00f8re aktivt, skj\u00f8nt understellet oppfattes som alt for stivt av enkelte. I den andre enden kan man velge C6 med adaptiv fj\u00e6ring (Magnetic Ride Control) som automatisk tilpasser seg vei og f\u00f8re.
