Det er en Golf Coupe vil mange si, &#8211; Audi&#8217;s variant av Golf-baserte Corrado? Audi TT mk2 ble motorisert med drivverk fra Volkswagen-konsernet. Motoralternativene var var 1,8 TFSI 160 HK eller 2,0 TFSI p\u00e5 200-211 HK. Det ble ogs\u00e5 mulig \u00e5 f\u00e5 konsernets 2,0 170 HK TDI. Audi TT kunne leveres med elektromagnetisk regulerbare dempere (Audi&#8217;s Magnetic Ride) og Quattro &#8211; basert p\u00e5 Haldex-systemet som blant annet ble levert i Skoda Octavia Scout.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Hekkspoiler som standard<\/h3>\n<p>Alle Audi TT mk2 ble levert med hekkspoiler. Bortsett fra RS-modellene, gikk hekkspoileren opp enten manuelt, eller basert p\u00e5 hastighet. Det er uvisst om spoileren var n\u00f8dvendig eller ikke p\u00e5 mk2, men alle TT mk1 fikk ettermontert &laquo;andestjert&raquo; etter at flere biler bl\u00e5ste av veien. De ble nemlig ustabile i hastigheter over 200 km\/t.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">TTS og RS<\/h3>\n<p>TTS ble levert med en 2,0 TFSI-motor med 272 HK. Den fikk elektromagnetiske dempere som standard og ble senket med 1 cm, i tilleg til visuelle effekter.
