Rekord B ble derfor en facelifted Rekord A med nye motorer.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Produsert i mindre enn ett \u00e5r<\/h3>\n<p>Den ser ut som en facelifted versjon av forgjengeren Rekord A. Ny front, ny hekk, helt nye motorer og nytt interi\u00f8r, &#8211; mens vitale m\u00e5l og sideprofiler var de samme. Rekord B var i produksjon bare i underkant av ett \u00e5r. Det l\u00e5 ingen dramatikk i en raske utskiftningen. Rekord C var lenge planlagt, men Opel trengte en oppgradert modell for den nye motorserien. &#8211; Og Rekord B var jo tross alt ingen ny bil fra grunnen av. Bare en facelift. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Mange utf\u00f8relser &#8211; ogs\u00e5 varebil<\/h3>\n<p>Rekord B kunne f\u00e5es som 2 og 4-d\u00f8rer sedan, 3-d\u00f8rer Caravan og coup\u00e9. Jeg husker godt Caravan med sitt forh\u00f8yede tak i &laquo;lasterommet&raquo;. En av foreldrene i mitt barndoms nabolag hadde en Caravan varebil uten sidevinduer. Jeg vet ikke hvilken motor den hadde, men gjetter p\u00e5 1500 eller 1700 med rattgir. At det fantes ganske mange modellvariantene bidrar jo ogs\u00e5 til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re hver bil tiln\u00e6rmet unik. Det skal finnes 61 Opel Rekord av \u00e5rgang 1966. Jeg kan ikke tenke meg at det finnes s\u00e6rlig mange Rekord B Coup\u00e9 p\u00e5 norske skilter.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2ingreslbcenter\">Rekord B Caravan<\/h3>\n<p><figure
