Modellen er utformet for \u00e5 gjenspeile linjene til den f\u00f8rste Challenger-modellen som ble produsert mellom 1970 og 1974. Motoriseringen er enten V6 eller V8 Hemi OHV. V8-alternativet har virkelig r\u00f8tter fra tidligere legendariske Hemi-motorer. Gammeldags teknologi? Motorene er i alle fall l\u00f8pende modifisert og forbedret gjennom siste Challenger&#8217;s levetid. Modell\/utstyrsgrad er\/har v\u00e6rt SE og SXT (basisversjon), R\/T med V8 og &#8211; fra 2015 &#8211; SRT med Supercharged Hemi V8 med motor p\u00e5 717 hk og toppfart p\u00e5 over 300 km\/t. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"tebh2\">Modellhistorikk<\/h3>\n<p>Fra 2015 fikk bilene en facelift. Visuelle endringer er endringer i fronten med blant annet en st\u00f8rre underliggende grill og frontlys med avansert LED design og nye 20&#8243; felger. Under panseret fikk man nye motorer, blant annet SRT Hellcat med en supercharged 6.2 liter V8-motor. Biler med automat fikk en ny 8-trinns Torqueflite kasse. Innvendig fikk bilene bedre seter, et oppgradert infotainment-system, moderne sikkerhetssystemer med blant annet blindsonevarsling og automatisk n\u00f8dbrems.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3
